Such a beautiful home. I LOVED the shower which I usually hate while away from home. The house had amazing view and the river brought such a relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again.

This a spacious freshly renovated property. It is a beautiful home on the hillside overlooking the river.Everything is new, clean and sparkling.There are neighbors near by but you don't see them through the trees.Kia, the owner, was very helpful and responsive.

This was a beautiful property. It was like staying at a spa. The master bedroom was absolutely zen. The doors opened onto a deck over looking the river. We kept the doors opened all night, so we could hear the river. The house is clean and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying here!

This home has been thoughtfully remodeled and sits on nearly 2 acres with private access to a lagoon-fed bed and the American River. Inside, you'll find a brand-new kitchen, a formal living room, and a bonus room with a sofa-bed for extra flexibility. Outside, it's all quiet mornings, river sounds, and access to a fun stretch of Class II whitewater
