We were visiting family in the area, as our grandson was graduating high school closeby. This property could not have been more perfect for us. It is spacious, well equipped, very clean and beautifully decorated, inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet and all homes are well maintained. Shopping is just a few minutes away.Ally the host was responsive and attentive to my communications. If we return to the area, we will definitely consider this property, again.

Our family stay was phenomenal. We really loved the home and the intentionality of the host. She is mindful of small details like clean towels, coffee, snack bags my son loved, cozy rooms and beautiful decorations. I would stay again for sure.

5 stars is a perfect stay, so I give this place 4 stars. I will say that the host was great: wonderful communication prior to booking, post-booking pre-stay, but not quick communication when messaging during our stay. But I inquired about arriving early to accommodate our schedule as well as using the laundry facilities in the home and she allowed early check-in, even was kind enough to drop off detergent for us to use!The house overall was very clean no issues there. I gave it 4 stars for Family friendliness bc of the stairs. My husband slid down some of the stairs because they are carpeted and he had socks on. If you have little ones or very old ones, it might not be the best option for you because of the stairs. There’s only one shower, and my husband says this happens because it’s not installed properly. It squeaks very loudly with every step you take. Annoying. The neighborhood was fine, very quiet, dog walkers in the morning who were pleasant and polite.

Hi, I'm Ally, and I'm so happy to welcome you to Happy Haven! I love creating comfortable spaces where guests can feel right at home. This property has become a passion project that I am proud to share with others!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose this neighborhood because I love its quiet, welcoming feel while still being close to everything Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati has to offer. It is a peaceful place to relax after a day of exploring, with convenient access to local attractions and downtown Cincinnati. I loved calling this neighborhood home for 3 years and am happy to share that same feeling with guests.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes Happy Haven unique is that it started out as my own home, so it has a warm, personal feel that you don't always find in a rental. I have created a comfortable space where families and friends can truly relax and feel at home. With three bedrooms, a fenced-in backyard, and a quiet neighborhood, Happy Haven is the perfect home base.
