Enter through the main door at the back of the building (next to the parking lot) and step into a welcoming lobby—your unit is just past the elevator, second door on the right.

Inside, the main level features tall ceilings and large windows that fill the space with natural light and offer peaceful views of the park. The living area includes two comfy couches (one of which is a pull-out queen bed, so the condo can comfortably sleep 4), a 65” Smart TV, and a cozy dining nook with seating for two. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with full-size appliances, cookware, and essentials—perfect for preparing meals or reheating takeout. Down the hall, you’ll find a convenient half bathroom, a laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a locked cleaner’s closet.

Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom offers a plush king-size bed, two dressers for storage, and an open-top wall that lets in natural light from below. The full bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, vanity with sink, and a toilet. A locked owner’s closet is also located upstairs.

This home comes with a designated parking spot (pass provided), free WiFi, central heat and air, and fresh linens and towels. ★☆ If there are any issues with this space, please let us know upon arrival, otherwise we will consider it in great condition.

★☆ We love hosting guests with dogs! To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines:

- Keep dogs on a leash when outside at all times.
- No dogs on the furniture, including beds and couches.
- We allow up to two dogs weighing 50 pounds or less with a non refundable $100.00 fee.
