This condo is an excellent value, the kitchen was recently remodeled and is well equipped. There is wood flooring installed upstairs with tastefully selected furnishings and the amenities you want. Wood pellet stove, wide-screen, HDTV and free WiFi internet service make your stay comfortable. Bright, fresh and clean, the open floor plan and vaulted ceilings upstairs allow for easy visiting and entertaining. The sunny deck has a gas BBQ, great in any season. The perfect escape and a comfortable fit for most budgets. The condo is an easy walk to the Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Casino, Frisbee Golf, BMX bike course, fine dining and shopping.

Diamond Peak Ski Resort is a short, 3-minute drive from the condo. The location couldn't be better. If you want to combine relaxation and adventure, you can bike to the Tahoe Rim Trail or Tunnel creek, walk to the Stillwater Spa for a massage, rent a SUP and return to your condo and relax on the deck....all in the same day! Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.

The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.
