Parking: 3 Spaces. No Street Parking Allowed. WSTR23-0033 TLT: W4022

This mountain style town home is a perfect getaway for families and friends in any season. You can relax on spacious front deck, or enjoy the hot tub and BBQ in the back yard. Upstairs entertaining room is perfect for families to enjoy, as well as downstairs living room with a fireplace. Attached two car garage is a big plus during winter months. You will find all the touches that just give you that "at home" feeling and sense of serenity.

Notice : The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

Sand Harbor, Speedboat Beach, Kings Beach, and other State Parks have been open with COVID protocols in place. Activities, events, and venues may close without notice and whenever capacity limits are reached. We welcome your visit, but unfortunately we are unable to refund your stay if these closures occur during your stay.

The house was amazing and truly a 5-star property. It was quiet, spacious, and perfect for our group—two families with three kids. The kitchen was very well stocked, and overall the home was comfortable and beautifully maintained.The only challenges were weather-related: Incline Village received a lot of snow right before our arrival, so we had to shovel our way to the hot tub, and the steep, icy driveway was difficult even with a 4WD vehicle. Additionally, the bedroom over the garage did not have a heater powerful enough for winter conditions, so we weren’t able to use that fourth bedroom.Despite that, the place is awesome, and we would absolutely come back.
