This Santa Rosa Beach vacation rental comfortably accommodates guests with two bedrooms: a primary suite featuring a king bed, and a second bedroom with two twin beds and two twin trundle beds. This home can accommodate 4 adults and two children on the trundle beds. Enjoy shared outdoor living spaces that include beautiful bay views, a spacious yard, a hammock, fire pit, patio furniture, an outdoor dining area, a gas grill (propane not provided), and a swing. Inside, you’ll find cozy amenities like smart TV and a dining table that seats five. The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need, including a blender, Crock-Pot, toaster, drip coffee maker, ice maker, and a breakfast bar. The home also offers free WiFi, central heating and air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and includes linens and bath towels (note: beach towels not provided), along with a starter supply of essentials. Please be aware that the treehouse is temporarily unavailable and landscaping services take place every other Saturday. Ample driveway parking is available.

The pictures do not display that there are two homes on this lot and the octagon house is near the street and the other is near the water, so you have to walk past/share with other guests. The home was clean and nice though the deck ramp was quite slippery when raining. There were some spiders inside the home in multiple places. Kind of expected in a wooded area but still should have been cleared out before guests arrive. Overall would recommend for price and area.

The property needs some work. The decks are a hazard because they simply need a good power washing. The buildup on the wood has become very slippery. I gave my son the master and I slept on the couch. There were all kinds of bugs in the 2cd bedroom. Glass is all out in the yard between the back of the house and the road. Clean up and make a few changes inside. We will not be returning to this rental.
