Great Location in Seagrove!

Quick access to the beach! Condo was very clean and stocked with all basic necessities! Minutes from seaside and Alys Beach. Already talking about coming back!

It was great

This condo had everything we needed for a family vacation, and the location to the beach access was great (directly across the small 30A street). The building even has an ice cream/coffee shop, plus both a Mexican restaurant and pizza/pasta place are right next door. Super convenient place for a family beach getaway!

Clean, good location, easy beach access

This property was perfect for my family of four (two adults, two kids). The walk to the beach is an easy 2-3 minutes. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen is well stocked. Benchmark Management is great to work with - they responded quickly to questions and provide a streamlined check in and checkout process.

bare necessities

Good stay for a week. Had minimum requirements of cooking utensils. main bed was uncomfortable for my wife and my liking. Liked the electronic door locks so didn't have to carry key. Nice.

Easy beach access

We would stay here again. Great value for the price. Very easy beach access. Convenient parking. Coded entry meant no worries about losing the key at the beach. Door to balcony/porch needs attention. We could not open it. Our visit was in September. We did not use the pools.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in Cassine Station and Cassine Village for many years because the location can’t be beat and the condos and homes are so well taken care of. Our only snag this year was that the tennis courts remained locked and your rental property did not provide us with the code. You should either provide the code or make sure the gate is unlocked for our use daily.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I stayed in 302 with our toddler last month and really enjoyed our time. The unit has almost everything you can need for a comfortable stay (lots of towels, washer/dryer, laundry detergent, toiletries, and kitchen items). The location is great -- close to restaurants, beach access, and very walkable to nearby attractions. I do, however, have a couple of suggestions/notes: (1) the towel hook next to the master bathroom tub was broken. When placing a towel on the hook, it just falls right out from the drywall. (2) Management could have provided more details about permitted parking for the unit and location of the elevator. We made the mistake of parking closer to front stairs and were not aware there was an elevator located in the rear of the building until after our first haul up to the unit.

So much potential going to waste

Reviewer Comments: Positives: great location, two pools nearby, one really close and hidden behind trees (was hard to find) *for benchmark, no bathroom code for pool bathrooms could be found in our stuff*Things that can be improved: -I was at the beach but did not get a beach feel while staying inside the condo. There is a lot that could be done to improve the overall beach vibe.-the condo overall felt like it was kinda just put together in ten minutes in order to rent it out and make money. The TVs could be updated and placed better, walls painted, beach artwork thrown on walls etc)-we tried our best to keep place clean and free from sand but the vacuum was from the 80s probably and just wasn’t cutting it. -we have two kids but there wasn’t enough kids type utensils that other places we have stayed at offered. Also, maybe some family games put underneath an updated tv console as we did have rainy weather and even a tornado touchdown nearby)-I would suggest cutting direct tv out, and setting up subscription services like Netflix/ MAX/ HULU /Disney plus etc. it would probably be cheaper and people are used to being able to watch stuff without commercials (like my oldest kid) Thank for letting us stay, if my suggestions are heard, would love to stay there again. I gain nothing from trying to express what I would do if I was fortunate enough to have a nice beach condo, just hope you can listen and offer better overall experience for future families.

EXCELLENT PLACE! We absolutely love it!!

Stayed here for a week in 2014 & 2015 and we love it! Close to everything, Super clean and comfy beds. Great balcony overlooking 30A, Just a short bike trip to Seaside, yet far enough away from the crowds, very quiet and has 2 great pools. Also, Even though it is a 1 bedroom, there are 1.5 baths, 2 Bunkbeds and a sofa bed. A great getaway! You DEFINITELY Won't be disappointed!
