This studio townhome is ideal for honeymooners, couples, or small families, and can also be rented together with the unit above to provide additional space for larger groups.

The ground-level entry has no stairs and is perfect for small children. The studio is fully equipped with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa, and a queen Murphy bed, along with a full kitchen stocked with appliances, dishes, cookware, and silverware. Enjoy modern comforts including flat-screen TVs, fresh linens and towels, and a private washer and dryer for your convenience.
Step onto your private beachfront balcony for relaxing evenings in the Gulf breeze. A gated staircase provides direct beach access, along with an outdoor shower and endless views. Great location right on the beach. This property to walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We saw dolphins every morning from the deck. You get a wonderful beach view. The place could use some minor updates but overall a great place.

For the price, the view and location were absolutely great! The room was clean with a lot of linens and amenities for our stay. We loved being able to go down the stairs and go straight out to the beach and come back in easily. There was an issue with the AC, but with one text they were able to send someone immediately to repair it. The check in and check out process were super easy and great communication our entire trip.

The location is unbeatable. However, the smell of mold in the unit had my allergies on overdrive. The family above us sounded like they rearranged the furniture every morning at 6am. The bathroom really does need counter space. A pedestal sink is not the best option for the unit.Other than that, we had a great time and really enjoyed stepping out the door and being on the beach.

The good:Access to the beach was awesome. It was near local shops. Most appliances worked. Shower was nice but needed a little more water pressure. Bath tub worked good. HVAC worked good even as hot as it was.The bad: When we arrived it seemed as if proper cleaning was not done prior. The ice machine does not work properly. Can opener outdated. The TV location was not enjoyable. Sliding door is difficult to lock. We noticed water bugs dead on the floor. Outside looks runned down but was still standing. Parking is very close to each other. We are glad we came in a small SUV.We would probably not rent here again unless last resort.

We stayed on the first floor and ended up leaving early due to the excessive noise of the guests directly above us. You will hear every footstep! We also had the guest above us ash their cigarette off their balcony landing directly on us below. There is no privacy on the balcony as the guests above can see directly through the floor boards. Would not recommend if you’re looking for a place to stay with peace and quiet.

We wish you had notified us of the noise or the smoking. We would have warned the guest above you about the noise and evicted them for smoking. Unlike traditional condos that have concrete between floors we are a standard townhome so more noise on the first floor is unavoidable but it should not be unbearable. Like most multi tenant properties privacy and noise levels depends on the courtesy of other guest.

Can’t beat the location - has a private beach for just the complex so you avoid the crowds. Plenty of room for just the two of us and within walking distance or restaurants and coffee. The storage closet has tons of beach toys so if you bring kids they can definitely find something to play with. Bed was extremely comfortable and you are only one flight of stairs from the beach. Highly recommend.

Disappointed

The good-Beach access, beach not crowded. Very relaxing. Shower and Jetted Tub was nice, The bad- Parking situation was difficult getting in and out off major highway. Steps need of repair. Lots of junk outside. Upstairs neighbors were the worst part of visit. Ended up checking out early. Noise was horrible. Never again. Missed having a pool

Falling apart

First off the place needs major attention. You can hear everything the folks above and beside you do, everything. Tile floor busted ceiling falling paint bad. Try to sit on the balcony and water or whatever falls on you from The folks above. Stairs to beach are leaning and dangerous. For the amount we paid we have stayed in much much better places. Only positive about the place is the beach is pretty private and is clean. Will not recommend or stay here again.

3 day March 2024 stay

Great location, parking is a little sketchy but doable, we only had 1 vehicle, not sure how you could park 2 in the space allowed. Matress on bed was not the best if I would have been staying longer I might have purchased a memory foam topper. Shower and jetted soaking tub were wonderful. I was smart enough to pack my own laundry & dish washer tablets, there were none provided even though it stated there would be 1 for each. Overall decent place, exterior looks a bit ruff.

Perfect location

This small condo was perfect for my husband and me. We stayed a short three nights away but it was so so amazing being right there on the beach. It was spacious enough, clean and the walk-in shower/jacuzzi tub was an added bonus. We had an issue with our AC when first arriving and they were extremely responsive to our needs. Everything was perfect for us!!!!

Beach house.

We loved the location and how close it was to the beach and the restaurants. Only issues we had was the shower and the bed. The seal around the door on the walk in shower was bad so water kept leaking out of the bottom onto the floor with every time we showered. The bed was just super firm. We Couldn’t get a good nights sleep because we couldn’t get comfortable. Also in our blankets and towels there were other peoples hair balled up in them. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and we’d definitely come back to stay again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Nice but..

Some stuff needs to be replaced or fixed. For example shower door is missing the plastic on the bottom so water is coming outside during a shower. Patio door needs a new locks and grill needst to be replaced.

A little dated if you want to compare to newer condos but for a relaxing beach getaway I would definitely stay again.

Awesome view!

The view was beautiful! It was so nice to sit on the balcony and listen to the water. Location was excellent. The parking is very tight though. We nailed it on the second day...lol. We had some minor problems and they were attended to promptly. The thing that almost ruined all of the good though was the people upstairs. I don't know if the live there or were renters like us. They moved furniture all over the place for most of the day and night. Led to a few sleepless nights. Also, the bed needs to be replaced. Other than that we had a wonderful time. Again, you can't beat the view. You have a door that leads to your own walkway to the beach.

Thanks for the review. All my properties are rentals not permanent homes. Sorry the guest above you moved furniture a lot. Our units are converted townhomes with lockout units A and B. Like most hotels we do not have the sound insulation of a condo complex and you are subject to the curtesy of the guest above you. As you mentioned the trade off is you get the view. For guest that are noise sensitive we recommend the upstairs units especially in the offseason where the cost to upgrade is minimal. Same view, no noise.
