This spacious home features a private backyard, perfect for grilling, and includes convenient free parking. Enjoy its numerous amenities, stylish decor, and easy access to Miami Beach's vibrant attractions!

This is a single Miami Beach house built in 1935, divided in 3 different units. Your unit is the only one with private backyard and patio, and it is located on the ground floor. It is located just a block away from the beach and numerous cafes, popular hotels and supermarkets.
Please note that the pool is a 60inches round inflatable pool, located in the backyard.
You can access the building going through the backyard fence, this is a private entry to your unit, just for you.
The backyard and patio are fully fenced which makes it easier for kids and pets to enjoy them without worry.
Please note that if you would like to check in earlier/checkout later (if available) would be an extra fee.
