We had a short stay to check out the area/house. House is amazing, very clean, nice furnishings and the lay out is perfect for guests and privacy for everyone. The neighborhood was well kept and very quiet.

The property was very comfortable with ample space for all 5 of us women having a Florida get-away. It is very convenient to Punta Gorda, and all it has to offer, and yet located in a quiet neighborhood. It has a beautiful lanai with a stunning view of the canal. We would definitely stay here again

Hi Jason, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. Unfortunately at this point the pool heater is not available and once they are it will be at extra charge but I hope you're still able to enjoy the beach and nice sun rise and sunset on the backyard.

Thanks for your review. I'm glad you're able to enjoy the beautiful water front view and sun rise at the property. Maybe in the future if you come in warmer weather you might be able to see the Manatees as well as they are there often in warmer months.

The home is in a very nice neighborhood and location. It does have all the amenities listed. My kids & hubby enjoyed fishing. Owner was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The home is outdated, they should at least give it a fresh coat of paint inside and out. The pictures online are a bit deceiving, the property looks much nicer in pictures.. The property maintenance and pool company need to tend to the property much better… I ended up going to Pinch a Penny to clear up the pool water so my kids could swim.. Unfortunately I feel for the price we could of stayed in a much nicer home… But overall we made the best of it and enjoyed our weekend. We did go to Fisherman’s Village for the live music and Fireworks and it did not disappoint.

From the photos you shared, it looks like you caught some fish and even got to see a manatee, which is always a special experience for our guests! We’d also like to clarify a couple of things for future guests. The pool was professionally serviced on the morning of your arrival. After treatment, the water can appear slightly cloudy for a short time while the chemicals circulate, which is completely normal. Additionally, during this season, small bugs are common throughout our area, especially near the water, and are not unique to our property. As for the home, while it isn’t a brand-new or ultra-modern house, we take great pride in keeping it clean, comfortable, and well maintained. It has been updated over the years, and we continue to make improvements as part of our long-term investment in the property. We strive to provide an enjoyable, relaxing stay and feel the home offers great value for families looking to enjoy everything our area has to offer. Thank you again for staying with us and for your feedback. We appreciate it and wish you and your family all the best.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We all had plenty of room to spread out and have our own space. The lanai was very nice and had a beautiful view over the canal. We wish the pool was heated, we would have used it a lot more. The neighborhood was very nice. A great neighborhood for taking walks. The house was a bit dated and had an 80s vibe. There was a musty smell, although the house was otherwise very clean. The host was great, accommodating and easy communication. Overall we had a nice stay and would stay again.
