Welcome to 102C. Easy access to all amenities and great views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living area and large balcony as well as comfortable Coastal-style décor featuring custom artwork, tiled living area and carpeted bedrooms make this newly decorated 1,341 square foot, two bedroom, two bath ground floor condominium a renter's favorite.

Fully appointed kitchen includes ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Restrictions: No Smoking, No Pets


Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in

My only recommendation to the owners would be to add smart TV access and to fix the guest bedroom so it at least connects to the dish network. Otherwise, the condo was perfect for our stay.

Great condo on first floor

This condo is beautiful and very well equipped. Being on the first floor it has to walk out sliding doors where you can directly access the pool area and the beach. This is the only place my wife and I prefer to stay. Plenty of amenities and plenty of shopping and eating nearby. Beaches were never overcrowded.

Excellent Property in very well run high rise

Our rental condo was beautiful, clean and well stocked. We loved it the moment we walked in. It was a first floor unit so I could walk out to the property and the beach which my wife and I both loved. We will certainly be looking to book this same unit in the future.

Beautiful Views!

This was our first stay in Orange Beach and we definitely chose the perfect condo. It was RIGHT on the beach, just feet to the gate to walk out to the beach. Had never stayed in a ground floor unit but it was just perfect for us and we will stay again soon! I loved being able to see and hear the gulf from the spacious patio and you could also see the same view from the master suite. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was sparkling clean. We had everything we needed and it was just so convenient and comfortable. I can’t wait to return

Sparkling clean; so much so that we could smell the cleanliness from outside the front door on arrival. Beds are comfortable, living room furniture is comfy & you just can’t beat the location and ground floor unit. Walk right out the patio to the pool and steps away from the beach! Property management and security are always nice and seem like they truly care about your stay and safety. We can’t wait until we can go back!

Will definitely try to book this particular unit again in the future. Only difference was second bedroom shows double bed and it had 2 twins. Also we loved the security at the property and able to walk right out to the pool areas and beach. Nice not worrying about elevators.

We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It was clean and looked just like the pictures. The best part for us was the property being on the ground floor. We were able to walk out of our deck and go straight to the pools and beach. Because there are several pools and hot tubs, it never felt too crowded. The property management company was very well organized and communicated effectively. They provided us with several different contact points that could be reached through the duration of our stay, if needed. The property itself was very well maintained and cared for. It was so family friendly and right across the street from grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. We cannot wait to come back next year and bring more of our family members! Thank you for an amazing experience!

Ground floor

Loved ground floor, easy access to pool, hot tub, beach, just walked out patio gate. You could still see beach and ocean from Condo. 3 grocery stores very close, found several good restaurants. Gulf shrimp to die for good. Would have liked to be able to lock patio door from outside. Twin bed mattresses were not comfortable as I slept there one night when husband was snoring. Having said that we will come back. This is our 2nd time at Sea Chase, like ground floor.

Our Family Fav Place to Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Sea Chase and have been staying there for 7 of our last 10 trips to OB. The property is always clean and well kept. With kids we love the 1st floor bc it opens to a grassy areas and they can easily go back and forth to the condo (ages 10 and 15) and we feel safe letting them do so while we stay at the beach. This rental has had some updates and is very comfortable for us. We have stayed in this unit before and would love the 2nd bed to have a queen bed instead of 2 twins but it works. We love it here and will probably rent this unit again soon! P.s. would love a Keurig coffee machine.
