Great Condo and Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SeaChase 1002C Condo was perfect. Really enjoyed stay. Bathroom had been updated since pictures were taken. Really nice stay and location was perfect. Would greatly advise for your vacation.The only thing I didn't like is that I was called a few days before check in and told my room had been changed. No reason given and I was not asked if I would want to change, just told it had been changed. I strongly disagreed with this as I had searched for hours for the condo I wanted and I had family staying in this same complex. I told the lady this and that I did NOT want to change. She said that would be fine and I could keep room I booked. I would not have minded them asking, but did not like the fact that I was told they were changing it without asking. But, all worked out good in the end with the condo I had chosen and I did enjoy my stay.

Great vacation

My sister and I had such a restful. Relaxing time! The unit was very clean and comfortable. Pool and beach were spectacular.

Relaxing Stay at Sea Chase

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our overall stay was amazing! The property overall was the best we have stayed in and will definitely book again next year! The entire process of booking was easy, staff was professional and courteous! We even extended our stay by two nights. The only complaint was the large group from Louisiana. They were not respectful of the beach or the grounds (including the pools). There was a lot of drinking and very foul language, especially by the teenagers in the pool area around all the small children. We could still hear them down on the beach each night until way after we had gone to bed! This will not deter us from booking again next year. However, we will change to another week in hopes of missing that crowd. I would also like to commend your maintenance supervisor (I think his name was Lee). He greeted us upon early arrival and explained the property to us and told us how to go thru the office for a loaner key until our unit was ready to enter. He was very professional and courteous! Beautiful Clean Condo

I did come home with a rash that I thought I might have gotten from the bed linens but I can’t say for sure where I got it so I won’t accuse it on that. The air worked good. The bed was comfortable. The view from the balcony was exceptional! We stayed for 3 nights and the additional fees almost doubled what we payed for the condo rental. I thought that was a little pricey. The parking lot felt safe, as did the entire experience. The shower was a little tricky but I got it figured out by my second shower. The water was very hard and it was hard to get a lather in the shower. Maybe Sea Chase should consider a water softener. Over all, it it a wonderful condo!

We were pleasantly surpised to see the renovations/updates the owners have made! New furniture, new kitchen appliances, and best of all new, bigger showers and higher toilets.Thank you! The staff here at Seachase, from office staff, housekeeping and maintenance crew, are very professional, friendly, efficient and responsive to needs. While in Orange Beach, we enjoy using the great public library here, the walking trails, and a fine selection of restaurants. Some of our favorites are Wolf Bay, Rotollos, Cactus Cantina, Big Fish and Sunliner Diner. For ice cream, Scoops is our favorite! In addition to beautiful grounds and outdoor pools, Seachase offers a lovely indoor pool and hot tub; the water aerobics group is one reason we keep returning! There are lots of activities such as pot luck dinners, bridge, mahjong, golf, time to get bored here. And of course, the BEACH!! We look forward to returning each year for as long as we are able. Note to management: It would be very helpful to have a bench and perhaps some non slip mats in the indoor pool bathrooms to make it easier to change into clothes after swimming, and to help with slippery floors.

Beautiful condo, rough master mattress

This is our second time staying in this condo this year! It is beautifully remodeled with different beds, showers, etc that are not updated in the pictures. Coffee pot wasn’t working so when they called to check on our check in process we told them and they replaced within the hour. The master mattress is horrible in my opinion. Super firm and almost seemed to lean in spots. Pillows are “my pillow” name brand and are super thick and firm so bring your own if that’s not your thing. Balcony furniture is super comfortable, but balcony isn’t private, all the neighbors can see you.

The staff were so kind and helpful, they even went out of their way to help us find an air compressor to inflate some beach floats. Amazing and accurate

Absolutely amazing! The listing was accurate and perfect for my small family. Communications were prompt when I had questions. Stunning views of the ocean. 2 mins to walk there!! A home away from home while creating memories. Highly recommend. Don't delay, book today!

The only minor thing that I found "wrong" was that the carafe for the coffee maker wasn't the right one for the coffee maker, therefore making coffee was an issue. Parking fees are a bit much I would say as well.

Best condo ever

Very clean and updated! Condo has been remodeled and updated since pictures and us even better!!!! Will be staying here again September!! Just missing a hairdryer so be sure to bring one! And we couldn’t get balcony door to lock! Minor issue!! Highly recommended!!

Easy check in - great location

My only criticism is 1 roll of TP for guests staying 5 days is a strange way to save money. The condo was beautiful, clean and the location was perfect. Wish there had been throw blankets to snuggle into. Wish the gym equipment was a little more modern. But for that view every morning it was well Worth the cost.

We loved everything about it dealing with decor and rooms and it has two amazing recliners! The unit lacks 3 items that we think should be mainstays and we recommend guests bring them or the unit adds them to the inventory -- Unit has no shot glasses. Unit has no beach towels. Unit has no throw blankets or extra blanket for any purpose. We truly truly needed an extra blanket for any snuggling up on the couch or the like. We have no complaints only these suggestions. We will 100% be back to this same unit!

The view was awesome. The only con we experienced was the rowdy children in the pools. A large group of kids stayed in the indoor pool most of the day. The use of vulgar language and wrestling and fighting kept people away. I saw a lot of people leave because of this. There was no adult supervision and security only came by once. There should be a minimum age for unsupervised kids to be allowed in the pool. Other than this,our visit was great.

Exceeded Expectations!

As much as I love the thrill of staying in new places and having new surroundings when I go to the beach, I am very likely to try to book 1002C again! Everything was just perfect: inside, outside, easy parking, great communication, everything we needed... It can be scary booking online based on pictures, but trust me... go with your gut on this one!

Lovely condo, great location!

Beautiful, spacious condo. Listing agent was quick to help when wifi password provided did not work. We loved the location and the minimal distance from the beach. We did have an issue with a male employee barging in, without knocking or notice, at 815am on the morning of checkout, but listing manager said she would discuss with staff. As with most of the condos/resorts in the area, parking is limited and the parking lot fills up by night time, making it difficult to find a spot when you return from dinner. Overall, we loved this rental and hope to book it for our next visit as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am not one to typically leave reviews, however- this was by far one of the best condos we have ever stayed at. We are a family of 5 (3 month old, 2 & 5 year old) and it was extremely spacious, extremely clean, had all appliances we needed to have a comfortable stay (they have a keurig & regular coffee pot as well just FYI so bring your pods or grounds). We enjoyed waking up drinking coffee with the gorgeous ocean view every morning, to being literally steps away from all amenities, and hardly a walk away from the beach (if you have kids this is the condo for you, I cannot stress this enough- there is NO long hike to the beach- you are RIGHT THERE). Not to mention, they have a closet outside of the condo that has essential items you may need but forgot, 2 beach chairs, beach toys, etc. This came in handy for us, and we were so grateful. We have already decided this will be our yearly summer stay- if you are researching, and debating on condos (like I do) - trust me, just book the room! Wonderful experience, great location, and excellent amenities for all ages (I also took advantage of the gym each morning!!! Major plus for me). Anyways, you get the point- BOOK IT! :)
