This unit is unique, it is offered with (2) COVERED RESERVED parking passes.

Very popular, stunning 3 bedroom, 3 bath corner unit that offers the best views of the Gulf, the beach and the pool. Newly updated and beautifully decorated for a relaxing resort experience, and offering all the needed supplies found at home.

This unit requires that all doors including balcony doors be closed at all times for safety reasons and to protect the facility from humidty.
The owner has a monitoring system on sliding doors that will alert when the doors are open too long.

Requires 50% Down Payment, remainder due 30 days prior to check-in
Monthly rentals require $500 down payment, remainder of 1st month due 60 days prior to check-in

Seachase has the best amenities

Reviewer Comments: After staying in several gulf front properties over the years, we consistently prefer Seachase for their location and beach front amenities. The condo itself was adequate, although it had some quirks (as all rentals do) and some of the furnishings could use a refresh/cleaning. The beds were squeaky but not uncomfy. The bathrooms were very clean! We loved being on the 2nd floor and will definitely pick the East tower again if possible! Such a beautiful location - we thoroughly enjoyed our time!

The Perfect Beach Condo

We had an amazing time in this beautifully decorated massive 3bd/3ba condo. Being on the second floor offered close proximity to the pool and a fantastic beach view. There were plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils…I could have hosted Thanksgiving! Superb finishes, plenty of room, and extra towels and blankets were the frosting on the cake. It was a perfect stay. Thanks to the owners for providing such a tranquil space for making memories.

We had 2 small grandchildren with us and the ease of getting them to the beach was great. They enjoyed the pool area with the splash pad. It was a little cool outside and rained a small amount so the indoor pool was fantastic! The unit we stayed in was very nice. I highly recommend!

Several pools to choose from, friendly and helpful staff, and pristine beach are just a few of the highlights. The condo has everything you need for a week stay with four adults and two kids. The location was great with lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Being on the second floor with kids and all the beach toys that the condo provides was a huge plus. We will be visiting next year for sure!

Everything was professional and smooth

I have been coming to orange Beach and gulf shores for several years but this is by far the best rental unit I've stayed in. I felt right at home. Everything was with quality from kitchen supplies to furniture. I really really enjoyed my time here. If there was a complaint, my only complaint would be the check in and check out time.
