Loved our condo, it was spacious, comfy and spotless. The views were awesome and we spent hours on balcony when we couldn't get to the beach.

Would have preferred more assistance with housekeeping, many items were sparse. Cleaning staff either didn’t speak English, or were not with our booking company, so not helpful!We truly enjoy Sea Chase, regardless of those few barriers!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Booking experience was good. There were a couple of glitches in communication with not being able to use a discount code on website (call to get the offers applied!), one email address not working during booking process, and needing to send license to a different email. Dont want this to sound like a bad experience just that the flow is little broken. Mgmt company did a good job and will book with them again! The flaws in condo... some maintenance needed. Dishwasher was poorly installed and leaked just a bit. A vent was hanging from ceiling in kitchen. Would be nice to have a couple of blankets besides whats on bed. Master bedroom mattress was just ok. I didnt wake up hurting all over but definitely a dip in the middle of bed and kinda felt like sleeping on a thin air mattress that was on top mattress. This isnt the case but mattress could be improved. No way to connect TV's to online services like Prime Video. No stereo system for playing music. These are all minor and mostly easily handled. All the greatness... The view is wonderful! The condo was immaculate clean. Very nice commercial washer and dryer. There is a hairdryer in master bath... not in any of the info. Icemaker was excellent for our daily needs. AC works very well! Elevator was very quick and almost never a wait and when there was it was a couple of minutes. Carts for transporting supplies was a little hard to come by but with a little patience were available. Parking was a little tight for our Tahoe but a little patience and we had a spot every night. Its vacation right so a tiny bit of patience will make your trip better anyway. Highly recommend this beautiful condo at a property with likely the shortest walk to beach of all condos in Orange Beach. Book now and you will not regret your decision! Thank you Danielle and Sabrina of Aronov for making this stay possible and enjoyable!

Loved the location and the property. The unit itself was nice and overall well maintained. It needed a little TLC (ac vent hanging loose, curtain fixed in master, dishwasher leaked), but that is expected. Would stay here again for sure.

No disappointments, what you see in the pictures is what you get. Also the garbage disposal switch is hard to find. Look above the owl. Spent a little time on that one...lol

Also, except for the Mr. Coffee coffeepot, which took me 20 minutes to clean, it was exceptionally clean. There also is a Keurig, which I think most people use these days, so not an issue for most. The bed was very comfortable, my husband didn't like the pillows, but I did. Info on running t.v., etc. were very clear. It is very high, but easier to see dolphins from there. Deck is small, ok for 2 people, tight for 4. Appliances are older, if that matters to you.

Fantastic Service!

The property as a whole is extremely well kept and safe. The unit itself was really nice with an exceptional view. Seascape staff would be one of the main reasons we will be returning to this property. From our first turn into the gate to our last turn out, every employee we encountered was smiling and upbeat with such a positive and helpful attitude! It is not often that can be said about an entire day somewhere, much less an entire week! Absolutely unbeatable response time from office manager when I called for maintenance on door cover/blind that would not roll up, leaky icemaker, and running out of hot water. I appreciate your unmatched service to me and my family! Pros: Property is beautiful, well-kept, and super safe. Staff could not be better! Hang on to them! Cons: Master bed desperately needs replacing. Extra blankets kept in closets would be handy for times when you have a couple of guests in the guest bedroom. It gets much cooler in that room than the rest of the unit. The guestroom is where the children will sleep.

Would have been nice to have access to a bit more of the standard items so we didn't have to purchase everything to get through the week (e.g. dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, soap, salt/pepper) but otherwise, no complaints at all. Such a great location! We'd love to come back!

Service is not what it used to be. No phone calls were returned and a maintenance work order for burned out fluorescent tubes turned in on day 1 wasn’t completed by end of the week.

We decided to give SeaChase a try and COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MORE PLEASED! It was clean, organized and met every need. View and location cannot be improved. If I could make one tiny suggestion it would be that adding one more barstool would be nice. Otherwise, we had absolutely no complaints. Management was always visible and responded immediately to a very small request we had upon arrival, and it was very clean! WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!

Beach stay

Overall we had a great time, only negatives were the building only had one functioning elevator and even at one point it wasn’t working. Other than that we had a wonderful time and the condo had wonderful views and is very spacious.

Great unit!

Great stay! Perfect unit for my family of 4. We will rent again. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed for the kitchen. Even had a few beach toys in laundry room.

Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay so much! The condo was absolutely amazing and in the best location. We also felt very safe. We were able to walk to almost everywhere we went. It was very quiet and so cozy and comfortable. I did not want to leave. It’s the best sleep I’ve had in a long time. Great amenities as well. The beach was beautiful and the weather was perfect! I highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Condo / Property

Everything was wonderful at Seachase 1604W! The condo was beautifully decorated and had all the essentials needed for a stay away from home! The grounds were nicely kept and the amenities were great! We will definitely be returning! I wanted to shout out to Tammy the security personnel, she was so kind and helpful! Thank you Seachase!
