Stay ON the Beach and Enjoy Amazing Gulf Front views!

Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony allow amazing panoramic views. The Key West-style decor with tiled living area and bedrooms make this 1,420 square foot, two-bedroom, two bath fifth floor condominium a renter's favorite. Enjoy traditional dining in the dining area or take in unforgettable sunsets over a family meal on the balcony. New comfortable furniture and a smart TV were added this past year (2017). The smart TV allows access to your accounts on Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube and many others.

Fully appointed kitchen features Mr. Coffee coffee pot and Keurig, George Foreman family sized grill, crock pot, electric skillet, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Nice Stay but a few Inconveniences

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Only one elevator was working for 90% of our stay.Sheets don't fit the bed. There is a mattress topper which is very comfortable, but need bigger sheets. Guest bedroom says queen with trundle bed and pictures from one of the websites had a bunk bed shown. But it is a really a Queen size bed and it was not properly put together. My daughter had to try and fix it one night. Lights flicker in guest bedroom. Shower head in guest bath was clogged. Overall nice condo. Oh, and fire alarm went off one night and had to evacuate building. The one elevator not working was a big inconvenience. Will return to Seachase but maybe not 503E.

Family trip

Best yet

This is our 7th year coming to Orange Beach/Gulf shores. Twice in OB (counting this year), and five times in GS. We liked one particular condo in GS so much we stayed there twice. We liked this unit so well we just booked it for next year. Nothing is perfect, but the grounds, cleanliness, positive energy, security, and shopping across the street seals the deal. Also the beach/chair service was great. My one complaint about Sea Chase is the failure to heat the outdoor pools! Seachase is not alone, so I’m not singling them out. In fact, I think we had one place in six which heated it’s outdoor pools. The indoor pool and hot tub were PACKED with kids every day because, despite a sunny 70+ degree week, the outdoor pools were colder than Lake Huron in May. I was one of 5 people I saw jump in all week (and I only lasted 5 minutes). Even one of the longtime condo owners adult daughters called it “ridiculous”. I know it’s not cheap, but come on! Add a $5 “pool fee” to every bill and heat the things to a comfortable 70-72 degrees beginning in February when spring breaks start to kick in, and by May/June nature will take care of it and heaters off. Just a thought.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect room, not to high up if you choose to use stairs, great view of ocean and pool area. Room had plenty of towels and fully equipped but it would have been nice to have a starter dishwashing liquid if you wanted to just wash an individual dish. Not a very long walk out to the beach from the gate, but it was annoying that you had to keep up with a badge to scan in and out of the gate it would be better if there was a key code. The step up/down from the board walk to the sand was steep and was difficult for us to step up especially causing my dad to injury his foot during our stay. Location was central but had to make some u turns to get in and out of the building to go most places.overall it was nice and I would stay here again.

Refreshing spring break stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I traveled to Seachase with two 15 year olds and two 20 year olds for a quick Spring Break stay of four nights. I would definitely stay here again for these reasons: the property has a guard shack/24 hour security which allowed me to let the kids use the facilities without me (in pairs), the landscaping around the property is lovely, the beach is a very short walk from the building, groceries/souvenirs are about one block away, The pools and hot tubs are clean and gorgeous.The inside of the condo is pretty with gorgeous views of the ocean. We found the condo to be clean. We had two boys sharing the bunk room, Mom and daughter in the king bed and a friend on the pull out couch. Everyone found the beds comfortable. There is plenty of seating in the living room and around the dining table. The kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry machines worked great. The check out process was easy, we left at 5am and the list of to-dos for check out was short. The weather was chilly while we were there but definitely warmer than Iowa. We went to the beach a couple days, spent a lot of time in the hot tubs, walked along the beach to a restaurant, went to the outlet mall, the boys worked out in the fitness room daily and my daughter and I played tennis on the rooftop court.I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. Thank you, fun memories were made!

Reviewer Comments: Our time at Sea Chase on Orange Beach shores was memorable, and because of rain and windy was extraordinarily wonderful to have a beautiful "home place" to rest/unwind and watch the lively waves while eating our in-home meals. This beautiful condo has a relaxing and friendly decor. One day we felt like a low key outing. During our stroll through Al's 5 & Dime Store (across the highway)- we felt like we stepped back-in-time! :-) Vacationers should visit Al's; it's like an old T.G.& Y. or Kress's Store with some modern items added in. From start to finish at Sea Chase...we were welcomed by an invitation to sit down and have a cup of coffee as we waited. The last thing we experienced was a smile and "hope your stay was good; come back soon" from the friendly Guard at the Front Entrance. The whole stay is still fresh in our minds and hearts. We hope everyone enjoys Sea Chase 503E as much as we did. May God bless each who enters there!!

Always a great stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Seachase the last 5 years, this was our second time picking this unit. Our kids love the bunkbeds. We love that it's so close to Walmart, publix and within only 10-20 minutes if Lulu's and other great places to visit! The room, itself, was very clean and nice. Thr only complaint I had would be they were painting the exterior kf thr building while we were there and we had to get our car covered with tarp so paint wouldn't get on it. But we understand that's something that has to happen and wasn't too big of a deal. Would definitely stay again. :-)
