Panoramic views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, living area, and large balcony make this 1342 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath sixth floor condo the perfect place to unwind at the beach. The Coastal Cottage decor with tile and wood flooring and the comfortable teak and rattan balcony furniture are equally suited for a couples' getaway or a family vacation.

The well-stocked, fully appointed kitchen includes refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full size washer and dryer.

Other features include a work station, TVs and DVD players in the living room and both bedrooms, and a large master bath with whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space.

Some minor issues with maintenance:One of the master bath sinks didn't drain well, shower leaked, guest bath toilet was prone to running without a handle jiggle, and one of the racks in the fridge was broken and sitting on top of the fridge. The unit was beautifully decorated and well-kept other than the above comments.And the view of the beach was great since the balcony juts out more than some units. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was very nice and well appointed. Plenty of linens, etc. Location was great! Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect place!

The condo was way beyond our expectations. Tammy at the gate made check in a breeze. Our stay was amazing. We even used the BBQ pits that were on the property. Everything was clean and well taken care of. My teenage grandson and his friend enjoyed the extended time to use the pool and hot tub at night. Perfect place.

Nice location, skimpy cleaning

Great location and amenities, but it was very clear the cleaning wasn't done well. Stains on sheets and towels, hair in the shower, and muddy footprints in the bathroom.

Reviewer Comments: We have stayed many times at Sea Chase and have had great experiences. For the past 5 years we had gone to Florida because we were traveling with friends but this year we wanted to come back to OBA and stay at the trusty Sea Chase. Unfortunately, this was not the Sea Chase we remembered. Within the first five minutes we had an issue with a bathroom that never got resolved so we basically had one bathroom for the trip. The maintenance team were polite but couldn’t help much. The unit kept throwing breakers in the master area but we got used to it seeing how the bathroom went we knew there was not much they could do. The unit needs new kitchen equipment mainly simple things like utensils and toaster. Lastly, we paid for the beach chairs (over $200 for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella for the week) and were disappointed that people who didn’t pay for this expensive service just came and plopped there own chairs and umbrellas within feet in front of us. Therefore the rental was not very helpful. Every morning we had to go out early and put other chairs in front of the rented chairs just to have some breathing room and somewhat of a view. I understand Sea Chase does not have control of the beach but it was a pain. They do have control over the unit and I wish they would have offered a discounted rate when they could not do anything about the bathroom. I am in the construction business and the excuse they gave was not acceptable.

Do not rent this condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have never attempted to sleep on a mattress that was so uncomfortable. The king mattress in the primary bedroom looked like it must have been original to when the complex was built (1985). It had a 2-inch piece of foam (cheap foam, not memory foam) on top so that when you laid down if felt like you were in a hammock. I was having back spasms after night two. On day three I discovered the layer of foam and removed it. That helped. That was also when I discovered the stains on the mattress. I replaced the foam the morning we departed.There is black mold all over the shower in the master bathroom which badly needs to be updated.There are two electrical outlets on the patio but they don't function.The king bed needs king pillows, not enormously overstuffed pillows that belong on a twin bed or bunk beds.There is an Alexa in this condo that was not disclosed in the rental agreement. There is a sign that says, "please leave this plugged in". This was a potential privacy issue since whoever owns the Alexa can open their phone app and "drop in". We unplugged it. Only plugged it back in when we departed.We were left two trash bags for four adults staying four nights. At the price point we paid two trash bags were a joke. We were shoving trash into shopping bags the last two days. That's just downright stingy.The kitchen badly needs an update. The electric range looks original. Pulled out a skillet to cook bacon on and it was filthy. The blender looks to be vintage and performed accordingly. There were two occasional chairs in the living area that you couldn't even sit in because the seat cushions slid out from underneath you. This condo was a huge disappointment. The pictures look good online but don't be deceived.

Beach trip

The property was fantastic. When we first arrived, the balcony door lock was missing. Having a 3 year old with us, they took our concern seriously and had it fixed within 2 hours! Also they installed a front door latch to help with peace of mind with our kids. The kitchen was fully stocked, we cooked quite a bit and had a lot of meals on the balcony. The resort itself had amazing amenities, especially the zero entry pool and splash pad were fantastic for our toddler. Beach access was easy and convenient. Elevators were a little slow but that’s to be expected during summer season. We had a great time on our first vacation as family of 4!

Beautiful location

We stayed for a family vacation. It was a great location right on the water. Easy beach access, groceries within walking distance too. We had a full house but still plenty of space. The only downside we had was we didn't realize we needed to bring dish soap for dishes or garbage bags for throughout the week. There were not a lot of dish towels either so we had to wash those throughout the week. To end on a good note still, the balcony was great every morning for breakfast. Watching the sun rise and then also watching dolphins 3 days of our stay. Would stay here again. :)

Equipment started early and was quite loud. No chairs available on beach . Understand but it would have been nicento have been reminded of situation. No privacy on balcony because of workers. Wish I had been told to select another unit to avoid this. Appeared to be many other available units to have avoided this. Have stayed at SEACHASE many times and hope to return. SEACHASE is located in great location! In spite of negatives I feel like Aronov is a management company that I would definitely use again and certainly SEACHASE. Might ask more questions!

The condo was clean and the furnishings were in good shape. There were plenty of dishes, cookware and utensils. The staff and security were very courteous and helpful. The views from the balcony were excellent. There was only one thing I wish the owner would have told us before we got there was that the washing machine had a problem and was leaking. We still enjoyed our trip even with this little inconvenience. One thing not related to the condo and the other facilities is don’t plan your trip from the middle of September to the middle of October unless you want a 2 to 2.5 hour wait at the restaurants due to fall break from schools in surrounding states. It was a great trip over all except for the restaurant waits.

Beachfront Beauty

This condo features stylish decor with a calming beach vibe and stunning view of the ocean. There was ready access to the pools, ocean, restaurants, and shopping. Though I never cooked, (my first rule for a vacation), and the second bedroom was never used, they appeared adequate if needed. The master bath was wonderful, but the bed was very squeaky. (New box springs or mattress needed, perhaps?) Also, the TV did not work after the first day. To me, that was a positive; but there was on-going repair work to the security system in the building that may have impacted that issue. If we return to Orange Beach, I would be happy to rent this condo again.

Great Stay in June 2021

We like it because it's in walking distance to Walmart for groceries and close to other stores and restaurants. The units are very large compared to other resorts. This unit was beautifully decorated and had everything available we needed. The view was gorgeous and we enjoyed eating lunch and breakfast on the balcony. We love the pools, our favorite is the 2-level zero entry pool. Sea Chase keeps their property well maintained and beautifully landscaped. Security is top notch. You will see them walking around often and there is scanned access from the beach so non-guests cannot enter. We really enjoyed this unit, we will definitely stay with them again.
