We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and just as advertised. Check in was easy. The apartment is located in a nice quiet neighborhood within easy walking distance of Five Points. We would definitely stay here again.

Host was very welcoming and easy to work with. The accommodations were in excellent condition. Everything exactly as described. Location very convenient for walking to UGA campus. Highly recommend!!

Location and Hospitality! The perfect weekend stay in 5 points, walk to everything! Quiet, clean, peaceful. Excellent communication with host. Couldn’t be more pleased with this property.

We booked Richard’s apartment for our daughter’s sorority parent’s weekend. We wanted to be in Five Points and to be able to walk to as many weekend events as possible. Check and check! It is in a cute neighborhood that is a ten minute walk to key spots like Marker 7, Fully Loaded, and El Barrio. The apartment has a well appointed kitchen, very comfortable king size bed, a wonderful pull out sofa, and two parking spaces which is priceless. Richard was easy to reach and is a lovely host. I recommend this rental for an easy trip in Athens!
