Perfect location steps away from bus stop. We were in area for FIS ski race at Highlands and the stop is the last on and first off from there, very easy. Walking distance or easy bus to downtown and grocery. Kitchen well stocked, mattress and living room comfortable. Only note is that there is no space inside condo to store skis or put on/take off boots safely -- no bench and wood floors that you are told not to walk on with boots. This made mornings and after ski a bit awkward.

Great location & unit

Highly recommend this unit for a weekend or extended stay in Aspen. The unit is as advertised - a spacious, comfortably furnished 1BR. The unit is located right across the street from a RFTA bus station making it a quick, easy, and free commute to the center of Aspen or any of the four mountains. It is actually closer to Snowmass than any rental downtown. We had no issues with the noise either.

Condo in Aspen

Great place to stay. Clean and fun location. Very close to all the main busses to the airport and ski resorts. I would stay again.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our stay at Sagewood eight couldn’t have been any better. The condo was well equipped, and very clean. It was also very convenient to the slopes by bus. The bus stops were on the same block as the condo. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Aspen.

Great stay in Aspen

The condo was very comfortable and well stocked. The management was communicative and helpful in planning our stay. Having the bus stop right next to the building is great, we were able to get to the ski hills and around town very easily. Would absolutely stay again.

Everything we wanted

For a very good price we've got a convenient condo that was very clean and well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the very clean white linens and towels. The kitchen and the grill were very clean and we enjoyed using them. Good size apartment for a family of three. The bedroom is very comfortable, but not the couch though (unfortunately we expected that, and that is why this won't affect the 5 stars review). The bus station is right outside the building which made our commute to all the resorts very easy. Communication was prompt and quick. We are planning to stay again here in our future trips. Thank you!

Great unit, what you see online is accurate. Great to have bus stop across street because it is located outside of Aspen core. Good value. Would stay again if it fit the size I needed.

Right by the bus stop to get to wherever you need in Aspen! Great communication when the wifi went out, and it was fixed promptly!

Perfect place!

My parents and my in-laws have both rented this home a handful of times. It's the perfect spot! the location is ideal; close to town without being in the thick of everything. The building is quiet and we sleep great here. The unit comes with anything you might need and is very well equipped. We will continue to rent this place for visits to come. Thank you for everything!

Great, cozy and spacious apartment in Aspen - easy access to bus

The apartment was comfortable, well stocked, and overall good location. It's right next to the bus stop that takes you into downtown and all of the mountain resorts free of charge. Excellent place for a ski trip in Aspen!

Best weekend ever!

We LOVED this condo! It is comfortable, stylish, has really calming energy, and is on the bus route to ANYWHERE you want to go in Aspen from partying on the town, to the grocery store or to all the slopes. We have rented other condos in Aspen before and this one is for sure the best!

Excellent customer service!

Right next to busy street so a little loud but not bad. Close to bus stop and easy to ride in and out of town. Parking on street makes it difficult if you wanna drive and there is a heavy snow but the outstanding customer service and ease of check in process and location is what made this a 5 star stay! Thank you

Management Company Was Disappointing

Overall the condo’s interior was quite nice. However, it is on a very noisy street. Therefore, you are woken up extremely early to the sounds of the city - including snow machines, garbage trucks and people clearing the sidewalk at 5 am. We stayed for 3 weeks and I was also disappointed in the basic necessities provided. They could have been a bit more generous with the laundry detergent and soap given our extensive stay. The most disappointing aspect was the management company. While we were there Aspen experienced a gas outage that caused us to have no heat and no hot water in December for about 2 and a half days. I had to call the management company in the afternoon of the first day to find out how they were accommodating us. After my call they brought over one space heater and some firewood. They never checked on us until I called them again the next afternoon to explain that we still did not have gas - the were surprised and agreed to bring more firewood. After complaining about their response to the issue I was granted an extremely small credit compared to our per night fee. Given the fact a significant per night fee , experienced 2 full days with not even the most basic of heat and hot water and had to call the management company to assist during a city wide outage, I think their response was cheap and bordered on insulting. I would not recommend staying at a property run by this management company.

Aspen condo on bus route

Great clean little property. A little too far to walk into town but right on the bus route. A bit of road noise but not too bad. Afternoon traffic on 82 delays your access a bit to town but overall a great value.

Birthday Trip

Good value! Great trip! We decided to save a couple thousand dollars and use a VRBO in Aspen rather than a hotel. We knew most of our trip would either be on the slopes, in restaurants, bars, or shopping so we didn't need the high end lodging for lounging around. The apartment had what we needed to make it a comfortable trip. A few things looked a bit dated, but overall we were satisfied for the superb price. There were a few very minor things we brought to attention of management, but in no way affected our stay at the apartment, or our stay in Aspen. We are property owners on VRBO and find it important and very helpful to know if things are broken/not working so they can be fixed or replaced promptly for the next guest. The place is in a good location- the bus stop is right across the street. We used a taxi the first night, and then rented a car at the airport for the rest of our stay. We decided we could easily just use the free bus next time since it goes everywhere-slopes, downtown, groceries, etc. Our drive into the heart of Aspen was maybe 3 minutes with lights. Everything is very close! Parking on the side street was not a problem. The management company checked in during our stay to make sure all was well. We had no problems with communication. Overall, great value in a great town with great skiing.
