In the middle of it all. Our 2024 built home comes with 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Walk in to a beautiful open living room and kitchen. Our home includes 2 King, 2 Queen and a 2 Twin bed Room. All rooms come with a large Smart TV. Our bathroom are stylish and modern. The Master Suit has a huge rain fall shower and a walk in closet. In the fenced in back yard you will find a spacious family area with a Gas Grill and 7 person Hot tub. Even plenty of run for the fury family members.

Thank you for reviewing the property. Unfortunately you were not good guests. Carpet stains, mud in the house from work, vaping in the rooms, the smell of marijuana in the house, food crumbs in the bed, paint in the driveway and dirty hand marks on the walls. We hope you are better to the next host.

The home's cleanliness was the biggest perk. I have stayed in a few, and this home was so lovely. It is also close to many amenities. It is really five stars.

The host, Richard was very accommodating and business friendly. Access to the property was easy and loved the space it provided for 7 people. Hot tub was so AMAZING we enjoyed it 3 nights out of our 4 nights stay.The space was just right for 7 people and the kitchen was nice and spacious. The house was clean and had no odors. To top our stay off, the weather was GORGEOUS!

House was perfect!! Shower in the master suite was amazing!! Richard was quick with responses and very accommodating. We got hit with a winter snow storm and our flight was cancelled Richard was great with extending our stay.

Brand new property! Very clean and everything we needed. Owner has been very accommodating & helpful. We have enjoyed the neighborhood with two parks and several restaurants within walking distance.

Richard provided check in instructions and easy check out instructions (hint - there is nothing to do, its why you pay a cleaning fee). The house had everything we needed and was on a quiet block. Its newer construction, and about 25 mins to USC. Weather was bit chilly, so we didn't spend a lot of time outside but they yard was large and there was a hot tub (which we enjoyed one evening). The kitchen was well stocked, and some snacks, waters and coffee was provided. We loved our stay and would book again in a heartbeat!
