Fabulous Porto

Our host Paula was very accommodating, attended to all our needs and very helpful. The apartment was perfect, lots of living space, quaint patio and great shower. Excellent internet and location.Would definitely book again.

Porto, the city by the sea.

This apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the city and is very close to all of the amenities and must see sights and attractions. Paula is pleasant host.

A little disappointing

This is an appartment with great potential, but needs a little brush up, more thorough cleaning, better organisation. Being situated right in the heart of the party, I would recommend it for young adults intending to stay up late rather than a family.Host should inform about the tourist tax in advance, or include it in overall price, instead of announce it on arrival, that was an unwelcome surprise.

Apartment is in a great area of Porto with everything walking distance. Host is very responsive. Property had ants everywhere upon arriving and host was quick to ensure we had products to spray the ants with. Lots to space in the property, but linens and bedding is vey run down and could use updating.

One of the best I ever stayed in!

This is one of best apartments I’ve ever stayed. Great location. Spacious. Sparkling clean including white crisp sheets ( which turns out not always to be norm)! Appartment has all the needed things, including fully equipped kitchen. Host is more than caring, attentive, and responsive. We were welcomed With a carafe of Porto and treats of Natas. Could not expect anything better. Thank youA Paula!

Great location

The location is very good & easy access the tourist sights & metro. The apartment offered what was on line however it needs some fixing up. The space was clean however the floors, rugs & walls are in need of fixing & paint. It’s getting run down. There were ants. Pillows & bedding also need upgrading. The street has great restaurants & shops however it can get extremely noisy some nights. We were there during warm weather & had to keep the windows open therefore the noise was very loud & lasted until the early morning.

The perfect host and perfect location

Absolutely beautiful Paula, she met us personally very late at night and helped with parking and orientation. There is everything you might need at Appartment small kitchen, 2 bedrooms, balcony and a living room. We were thankful the stairs did have additional door, do our toddler was safe with it. Paula was ready to be available for any request via watsup, very convenient indeed. Location is just perfect you are in a walking distance from anywhere. We were in doubts taking flat with heating only and no air-conditioner, but it was not needed for our stay in July at all. Evening temperature was low enough to sleep comfortably. Thanks a lot!!!

Baustelle inclusive!

Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe problemlos. Beim betreten der Treppe in die Räume bekam mich ein klammes Gefühl, die Treppe hat gebrochene Stufen und gibt teilweise nach.Das Apartment selbst ist etwas heruntergekommen, die Böden schief mit Spaxschrauben nachgebessert .Küche mit alten Möbeln und einem rostigen, teilweise defekten Kühlschrank (Eisfach).Das schlimme war aber die Baustelle, es finden Abbrucharbeiten hinter dem Haus statt, in großen Umgang mit mehreren Baggern und Kränen.Der Lärm ( Pressluft Hammer) begann gegen 7:00 ! Unsere Vermieterin Paula sah sich nicht verantwortlich, machte uns noch Vorwürfe warum wir uns Beschweren…Fazit: Porto ja, Paula nein!

Schöne Tage in Porto

Wir verlebten sehr schöne Tage in Porto. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage topp. Natürlich ist es etwas lauter, allerdings liegt das halt in der Natur der Sache bei einer Wohnung, die in einem Kneipenviertel liegt. Wir haben uns auf jeden Falll sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider war die Vermieterin bei der Ankunft nicht da, so dass es etwas tricky war, überhaupt in die Wohnung zu gelangen. Auch bei der Abreise war sie nicht da. Sehr schade.

Excellent emplacement, propre et hôte gentille, elle nous a même autorisé d'arriver tôt à l'appartement. Le bruit sur la rue ne nous a pas dérangé, car c'est juste les gens qui parlent comme si on écoute de la télé 😀, en plus y'a pas de bruit dans les chambres intérieures juste au salon, petite rue donc pas de circulation de voitures juste les restos et leurs terrasses.

Une hôte adorable

Une location super bien située et suffisamment équipée. Le lit double est confortable. Attention toutefois, la location est dans une rue animée donc beaucoup de bruits pour la personne qui dort dans le salon. Appartement qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais très correct.

Appartement bien agencé mais mériterait un serieux rafraîchissement. Mauvaise odeur dans la salle de bain. Communication avec l'hôte en français et rapide. Très appréciée Attention prévoir taxe de séjour en plus non annoncée au moment de la réservation ce qui nous a un peu déçu. Bar juste en dessous de la location.

Paula is a wonderful communicator. The apartment is very clean and spacious. Bathroom - particularly the shower - could do with some updating - but very clean! Unfortunately the noise from the restaurant staff next door when they were closing for the night woke us up each night around 01:30 - shouting, laughing - disturbed our sleep every night. Not Paula's fault - but the noise would certainly prevent us from staying again.

Un pied à terre idéalement situé

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Porto à 4 (2 adultes et 2 grands enfants). L’appartement se situe dans un quartier très central (très haut dans la ville) et très sympa, animé le soir (sans pour autant que cela nous ait gêné la nuit). Beaucoup de très bons restos dans le quartier. L’appartement était très propre et l’accueil par Paula parfait. Un succulent gâteau de Pâques nous attendait à notre arrivée ainsi qu’une carafe de Porto. Superbe jardin a l’arrière. La literie est de très bonne qualité et après une journée de marche intensive , ce n’est pas négligeable! Par endroit l’appartement aurait besoin de rafraîchissement (murs, marche de l’escalier). Pour cuisiner c’est assez juste pour 4 (nombre de couverts, taille du four…). Il y a un petit lave vaisselle mais qui ne peut servir que lorsqu’on est 2. Nous avons adoré notre séjour!

Bon séjour à Porto

Appartement conforme aux photos, bien situé pour profiter de Porto à pied, correctement équipé. Literie, draps, serviettes propres et confortables. WiFi efficace. La rue est animée même en hiver. Comme on est dans de l'ancien, il faudrait améliorer le chauffage et l'aération du logement (radiateurs plus performant et une VMC), car même s'il fait beau en février, les nuits sont fraîches. Paula est réactive, disponible et l'accueil avec des douceurs de Porto très appréciable.
