This attractive vacation home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood just minutes away from Melbourne International Airport and within easy driving distance of Orlando theme parks, the Kennedy Space Center and the beautiful Space Coast beaches.

A private entrance boasts vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light that creates a spacious airy atmosphere.
The fully stocked kitchen is designed to accommodate any gourmet chef.
The living area reveals a 52" smart TV with a google streamer while the secure high-speed Wi-Fi will keep you connected for all of your business or entertainment needs.
A generous bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower are waiting to pamper you.
The sliding glass doors open up to a large wooden deck with a barbecue grill and a quaint wooden bistro table and chairs.
Other conveniences include a laundry area with a full sized washer and dryer and an Iron and ironing board.
