It’s a quiet cul-de-sac with very little traffic—perfect for relaxation—but it’s also just minutes from I-35, making travel to Denton, Lewisville, or even Dallas quick and easy. We love the combination of small-town charm with convenient access to shops, parks, schools, and the lake itself. Whether you're boating, hiking, or enjoying a sunset walk, the area has something for everyone.
