Both units are very nicely maintained, complete with kitchen appliances, pots, pans, plates, silverware, and more. Lots of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards and snorkeling equipment, The host is very informative and available for questions.

Perfect for large group

The 3 condos were just perfect for our group of 27. They are beautifully furnished, have all the kitchen amenities and tons of beach towels, chairs, toys,etc.Comfortable beds & plenty of bathrooms inside with great pools, bbq units and an easy walk to the beach outside.Jennifer is a wonderful host and went above and beyond for our group. Highly recommend this property.

Property Review

We rented three units as we had kids and grand kids with us. Everything went well the only drawback is these units are adjacent to a busy intersection. the walk to the beach was about 15 minutes and the pool was adjacent to the building.

Perfect Family Gathering Place!

This property was amazing! The host Jenn is top notch. This property was great as we had family members from 4 different states come to spend the holiday together. Plenty of room and great location. Quick walk to the beach and centrally located to get around the island. It was nice to come back to and relax each night after exploring for the day. This property has all the right things to make sure the island experience is great.

Anniversary and Birthday celebration

We rented all 3 condos, each were just as they are pictured on VRBO. All the condos had top of the line appliances. We asked if there was a crockpot and Jennifer went out and bought all new crockpots for each condo. There were 24 of us and we were very comfortable with the bedrooms and bathrooms. I gave it a 4 on neighborhood because of the traffic noise. But we still enjoyed our time on the lanai. We all had an awesome time.

Family Reunion

We had family from South Korea,Florida, Indiana and Illinois for a family reunion. The kids loved the beach and the pool. We cooked at the grills by the pool several times. Condos were beautiful and everyone had a wonderful time.

Wedding party stay

We had a group of 27 family members stay in a total of 4 condos. All the condos were clean, comfortable and beautifully placed in an area with lots of Opportunities for activity and entertainment.

Beautiful home in Paradise!

This property was beyond amazing! Beautiful furnishings from top to bottom! And lots of considerate details like beach toys, towels, and well stocked kitchen! Jennifer responded to every communication and did everything to make our stay comfortable! We will stay here again!

Wonderful property, location and host

We loved our stay at these units. Everything you could need for a vacation at the beach is available for your use, and the in-unit washer/dryers are a lifesaver for a young family. These are beautiful, large condos, with lovely furnishings and the most functional kitchens we have ever had in a VRBO. In most VRBO's, you cannot really prepare a meal. You don't have the cooking supplies. But, in these, you can easily make anything you'd like. This is a really nice benefit for a large group. All the local beaches are within walking distance - 8 to 10 minutes - depending on your pace. By car, it's easy to get to Lihue or points west or further north for various excursions around the island. We'd definitely recommend a rental vehicle. Communication with the host couldn't be better - recommendations, questions - all handled in a timely and professional manner. We'll be back, and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our group

We had an amazing time, the condos were exactly as pictured and clean. Our host was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely book again if we have another trip there. It was a special place for our group to make amazing memories at that I will never forget! Thank you!

Great place for a larger group

Jennifer was very responsive and easy to work with. She provided details and answered my questions from the beginning. The condo's are spacious and the only downside is that they're directly on the main road, so you will hear traffic/car noise. We had a group of 12 adults, and 4 children, ranging in age from 18 mo. to 8 years old. The 2 condo's provided space and separation. A great location to drive anywhere on the island and walk to Poipu beach as well as the Grand Hyatt.

Family Reunion

Great for extended family accommodations. The location was perfect as a central point for our activities around the island. It was a quiet area even with the road nearby and the grounds were very nice. Easy access to beach area with Honu visits nightly.

Great location but, Condo's & its contents very worn & tired out. All 3 condos need complete remodel

We visit Kauai and Maui regularly. Always stay in the Poipu area in Condo's of one kind or another. I'm sorry to say this was the most disappointing set of accommodations we've ever rented in Hawaii. Example, refrigerator in 1 unit was broken. Had to manually move parts on the door to make it close each time it was opened. Owner told me guests prior to me weren't bothered by it. A/C cooled well until 5pm then it became uncomfortably warm in each unit. Talked to owner & told not to turn below 73 because A/C would freeze up. Was told will cool off later in the evening. It was MUCH warmer than 73 inside. Furnishings advertised on VRBO as "finest interior furnishings". The furnishings are VERY old & living room sofas very dirty, arms were discolored with dirt. All units needed paint yrs ago 1 unit had paint peeling off the ceiling. Flooring so worn it looks dirty. Bedding/linens badly needs replaced. Bathrooms dingy & dark. Well plugs old & wouldn't hold plug in. Overall all 3 units VERY tired/old. The $$$ charged for rentals here call for updated units & honesty in VRBO description. Pools about size of 3 hot tubs. grills ran out of propane each time we used them. Called owner & she tried to get it replaced. Grounds were low end of average. It truly pains me to have to say this, but, I don't want another family to spend this much money & walk in to see its NOTHING like what was advertised. I could go on but, I'm limited by how many characters I'm allowed.

What started as a family vacation spot, quickly turned into 3 fabulous villa rentals. Our family was staying at Kauai so often that it just felt right to purchase more property. This new listing includes all three adjoining condos and it a great way to take everyone with you! Although the photos on this listing are great, what you can't see is that they are the best you will find in terms of quality. The best mattresses, linens, kitchen supplies etc. We get such glowing reviews and guests are pleasantly surprised at just how nice the furnishings in a rental can be!

The lanai's with the beautiful views of the mountains are my favorite. In addition to the fabulous location, which is within walking distance to great bars and restaurants and of course the beautiful beaches of Kauai!
