We stayed here as a group of 11 people. The main issue was not the property itself, but the host’s management and customer service.The refrigerator stopped working for 8 days, which was a major inconvenience for a group our size. A rental fridge was only delivered one day before our departure, which was far too late to make a meaningful difference. There was also a problem with the water in the upstairs bedroom — the shower was leaking into the garage — and we had to report it twice before anyone took action.We also paid to have the pool heated during our stay, but the heater was broken and took two days to be repaired, meaning we couldn’t fully enjoy what we had paid for.Solterra itself is a very beautiful area, but there are many rental options available, and unfortunately this host falls well below expectations. Customer service was extremely poor. I strongly recommend trying to reach the host by phone before booking — you will quickly realize that no one answers and the voicemail is full.There are hundreds of options in Orlando — choose a different host.

Regarding the refrigerator, our maintenance team visited the property on several occasions to assess the situation. During our inspections, we found that the refrigerator contained a large amount of food, which can restrict proper airflow and affect its cooling performance. The temperature settings were checked and adjusted, and we also provided recommendations on redistributing the items inside the refrigerator to help optimize its performance. Even so, we continued monitoring the situation and arranged for an additional refrigerator to be delivered as an extra measure to better support your group. This property has welcomed many guests over the years and continues to enjoy strong demand while consistently providing positive guest experiences. The feedback we regularly receive has been overwhelmingly favorable, which makes your review particularly unexpected. With more than 10 years of experience in the vacation rental industry, we remain deeply committed to providing responsive communication, professional support, and well-prepared homes for every reservation. For this reason, we were disappointed to receive such a negative review, especially considering the care, dedication, and attention our team devoted to preparing the home and providing continuous support throughout your stay, both during and outside regular business hours, to ensure that you and your family had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Nice place for a golf crew

As six grown men, everything about this place was pretty awesome. The only drawback would be the pool and hot tub are an extra fee to have heated and being it was February the pool was pretty cold and unusable. Other than that, everything about the place is awesome.

Great home, clean and well equipped. Love it!!

This won’t be the last time we come, their team was great in communication and we enjoyed every single moment at the home! The home is beautiful and we could tell that they work very hard on maintenance, shoutout to their after hours team, they really are 24/7!

Roaches present in the kitchen..sink in kitchen backed up..stood in water every time we showered..no pool skimmer..screen door broken..all tv remotes batteries dead..tv difficult to work/some not connected to anything..overall nice home but definitely needs to be cleaned better

Not quite as advertised

Resort amenities are not included as advertised, you must pay extra. The carpets were unclean, broken lights, bugs throughout the home. Just overall not as clean as expected. Would not book again.

As noted in our listing, rental agreement, and welcome letter, the resort clubhouse amenities are not included and require an additional fee. We also reviewed our check-in inspection report and did not find the cleanliness or maintenance issues you mentioned recorded. Had we been informed during your stay, we would have immediately sent our housekeeping team to address them. Loved the house

Everything was wonderful—was a little disappointed that the hot tub/spa was not heated. Found out after arrive that it costs extra. Besides that everything was amazing! Will 1000% be staying here again! Great spot for our first trip to Disney!

The pool heating is an extra cost because of the electricity bill and our personnel that has to turn it on and manage it. In your case we gave you an exception for it, allowing you to have it for only two days and after your arrival, so you could be as comfortable as possible.
