Hi Sean! Thank you for your review! Each unit is required to have an extra trash bag in each bin, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, and a roll of paper towels when a new guest arrives. I apologize we did not provide those items for you, I will be sure to let housekeeping know so we can address the issue. We hope to see you again in the future!
