Home is situated on a quiet cul de sac lot in a great North Scottsdale neighborhood. Single level home that boasts over 2500 sq ft and a backyard oasis.

Pool and Spa Heating- Pool can be heated for an additional energy fee of $125 per day. Pool heating must be requested at least 48 hours in advance to allow for time to reach temperature. Spa heating is an energy fee of $50 per day.
