Casita Romantica is a one bedroom villa that can comfortably accommodate between 1 - 3 guests. It is the perfect vacation home for an unforgettable romantic vacation or fun-filled holiday for a family of 3.

Guests of Casita Romantica benefit from the expertise of a professional bilingual meet & greet and concierge who will assist with every aspect of your stay, including pre-arrival planning.

The spacious master suite - the heart of the home - is located on the upper level of the house. It`s outfitted with king bed, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in hot water shower and double vanity. The master suite also benefits from plenty of storage and hanging space and large flat screen TV.

Directly out the front door on the lower entry level is your private patio. You can start or end your day with a dip in the refreshing plunge pool with views across the valley.

Spend the day under the rancho lounging on the deck chairs, swinging in the hammock, napping or reading a good book.

At night grill up the day`s catch of mahi-mahi or red snapper, or some of Nicaragua’s famous beef on your North American style gas BBQ.

Inside on the main level of Casita Romantica you`ll find a fully stocked kitchen complete with every pot, pan, glass and utensil you might need to create a gourmet meal using fresh local Nicaraguan ingredients.

The comfortable and cozy living room includes an oversized futon, 2 large armchairs and flat screen TV. Indoor dining space is also provided for the evenings you would prefer to sit inside.

Also on this level is a 2nd full washroom with shower and easy access from the pool, kitchen and futon sleeping area.

Built from the material adobe Casita Romantica is a relaxed and comfortable space even during the heat of midday. It`s elevation above town results in nearly constant cooling breezes.

Your Casita Romantica vacation includes access to 1 Pelican Eyes community pools. The Lap Pool is located a 5-minute walk from the casita and is open daily from 7 am to sundown.

We are accessible from town on foot in 15 minutes for anyone with a good level of fitness. A 3-minute taxi ride to or from town makes the home ideal for all ages of guests at any fitness level.

Our central location provides easy access to the many in-town restaurants, bars, shops and nearby beaches.

The Augusto C Sandino International Airport in Managua is a 2.5 hour drive away. Alternately, you can fly into the Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport in Liberia. With border crossing travel time is approximately 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

Depending on the number of passengers and time of day of travel taxi fare to and from town ranges from $3 - $5 USD.

The last 300 meters of the drive to Casita Romantica is uphill and unpaved. Extra care is required during rainy season, especially for guests arriving in a compact car.

We have an electricity allowance of 30 kilowatts per day. This is a sufficient amount to power the casita with responsible use of air conditioning in the bedroom at night. Electricity consumption over this amount will be charged at a rate of $0.50 USD per kilowatt hour.

We are pet friendly and allow one (1) well behaved dog providing it weighs 20 lbs or less. Pets must be registered at the time of booking.
