Salt & Sky is an updated and well maintained townhome in the Hawks Cay resort on Duck Key, MM61. Included is a 32' boat slip right behind the house! Only 3 minutes to open water!
ENJOY THE POOL AND BEACH AT THE OCEAN FRONT CABANA CLUB, just a short drive to Key Colony Beach. The Cabana Club has an olympic size pool, Tiki Bar and restaurant, ocean front sandy beach! Lots of fun for kids and adults! NO EXTRA FEE! Included with the rental! 9 miles from Duck Key.
SALT & SKY has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:
- Upstairs Master w/ king, en suite bathroom and balcony
- 1 guest room downstairs w/ queen size bed
- A full bath is located on the first floor. Perfect for individuals who have trouble navigating stairs.
- 2 identical guest bedrooms upstairs, each w/ a queen size bed and balcony
- Full bath upstairs (hall, shared with two guestrooms)
WHAT TO EXPECT AT SALT & SKY:
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! Coffee provided
-Flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom; 50 inch one in the living area.
-32 foot dock right out your back door so you can quickly access it and the open water (no extra fee)! PLEASE NOTE: You cannot park your boat trailer at the property. It must be parked at the Hawks Cay Marina or another marina in the area, such as Grassy Key Marina. Grassy Key Marina (2.7 mi from property) charges $ 50 day plus a $ 50 launch and pull fee. Hawks Cay Marina (.5 mi from property) charges $ 75 a day, launch included, to store the trailer.

-We supply coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bleach, all bed linens and towels (bath and beach)
-Baby items: children's dishes, pack n play, sheet, highchair

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian and her first visit to the Florida Keys was 40 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved to the keys full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!

Salt & Sky on Duck Key has the unique benefit of being located on Duck Key with all the tropical vibes an island resort provides and gorgeous turquoise water! Bring your boat (or rent one)! With the 32' dock right behind the house, you are just minutes from the open water! The property can be rented nightly (2 night minimum on the weekend), so it is a great interim stop if your traveling through the keys or if your vacation time is limited! Dine in one of the restaurants located on the island or it's a short drive to Marathon with plenty of additional options! Rent bikes and explore the island! Pamper yourself at Calm Waters Spa! Enjoy the covered water front patios for morning coffee and tea and cocktails in the evening
