WE ARE OFFERING A 5% DISCOUNT THROUGH JANUARY 31ST! IT IS AUTOMATICALLY FIGURED INTO THE QUOTE!

SALT & SKY has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleeps 10 (including infants and children)
- Upstairs Master w/ king & en suite bathroom
- 1 guest room downstairs w/ queen size bed
- A full bath is located on the first floor. Perfect for individuals who have trouble navigating stairs.
- 2 identical guest bedrooms upstairs, each w/ a queen size bed and balcony
- Full bath upstairs (hall, shared with two guestrooms)

ENJOY THE POOL AND BEACH AT THE OCEAN FRONT CABANA CLUB, just a 15 min drive to Key Colony Beach. The Cabana Club has an olympic size pool, Tiki Bar and restaurant, ocean front sandy beach! Lots of fun for kids and adults! NO EXTRA FEE! Included with the rental! 9 miles from Duck Key.

The Cabana Club has the Sunday Ticket & all NFL games throughout the season! They also have more TVs in the bar!

WHAT TO EXPECT AT SALT & SKY:
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! Coffee provided
-Flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom; 50 inch one in the living area.
-32 foot dock right out your back door so you can quickly access it and the open water (no extra fee)! PLEASE NOTE: You cannot park your boat trailer at the property. It must be parked at the Hawks Cay Marina or another marina in the area, such as Grassy Key Marina. Grassy Key Marina (2.7 mi from property) charges $ 50 day plus a $ 50 launch and pull fee. Hawks Cay Marina (.5 mi from property) charges $ 75 a day, launch included, to store the trailer.

-We supply coffee/tea pods, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bleach, all bed linens and towels (bath and beach)

Awesome place on the canal. Great view, clean, and just about everything we needed was there. Other than needing a water hose down by the dock for washing the boat at the end of the day. Overall, couldn’t be happier with this place. Definitely would stay here again.

We enjoyed our weekday stay! Please note the Cabana Club pool is 10 - 15 minutes away from the property, it’s not in Hawk’s Cay. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. We ended up using the cabana pool everyday on our trip.

Amazing place

There were 6 adults in our group. Plenty of space for privacy and togetherness. Beautiful landscaping. Very clean! We had fun at the Cabana Beach. We were close to restaurants and activities. We will return!

We had an awesome experience. The host, Heather, was quick to respond, the hohse was well kept and clean, and the Cabana Club was a great perk. We would absolutely stay here again.

Comfortable, nicely decorated house for a group

We were four women friends and this house could also hold four couples. The location is great and the the house is nicely updated. We enjoyed spending time on the patio overlooking the water. The house had everything we needed including a nice welcome basket in the kitchen. Highly recommend

Everything was fabulous beautiful property and location and the property itself was stunning.

Our only disappointment and misunderstanding is that we were not allowed to use the amenities on the property itself that are connected w the resort. But we made it work and had a fabulous time.

Ambience

Duck keys is a lovely quaint neighbourhood. Each unit backs onto the canal with a boardwalk all around. Dock a boat, fish, watch the pelicans or go for a lovely walk. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. We had 3 couples and could easily have managed 4. A choice of 3 porches to relax on. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful townhome

This is a beautiful townhome right on the canal-the color of water in pictures is accurate….amazing. It is well equipped with extras like snacks, coffee, creamer, laundry supplies and some personal items. We enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding from the back dock. The island is small, so only one restaurant-no gas, groceries or coffee shops. But, it is only a short drive to anything you need and a 20 minute drive to beautiful beaches. The unit is very clean, updated and comfortable. I highly recommend.

Great vacation with friends

I recommend this property to anyone. Will differently rent again. Loved sitting outside on the back porch watching the sunrise and having coffee. Location great to other keys. We really enjoyed the cabana club.

Great place to stay with the family and friends. Heather was a great host, responded promptly and very accommodating. Layout was perfect for the whole family. Enjoyed swimming in the canal and having access to the boat slip directly out front!!

Great, relaxing stay

Loved staying in this townhome. Super clean, nice beds, bathroom and kitchen. Liked the lanai overlooking the water. Excellent access to our friend's boat which he could keep right out back. Host very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in a similar property of hers last year and liked them both. Would definitely return.

Amazing

Everything was beautiful. The water outside by the dock was so clear and amazing. We seen an eel and a couple of nurse sharks. The kids swam in the water every chance they got. Even some of us adults enjoyed the water. Getting up each morning to the view we all miss already. We would definitely rent again. Then on top of it all the cabana club was just as wonderful. Beautiful beach and pool. The only thing is we didn’t realize we couldn’t bring our coolers in. That should be put on the site with you member ship to the cabana. Other then that everything was Amazing!!!

There was plenty to do on Duck Key. Property was very good size and clean.

The owner was very accommodating. Helped with all of our needs, going out of their way. We were very appreciative. Would definitely stay again.

Great stay in Duck Key!!

The property was clean, well equipped and conveniently located! We loved fishing off the dock in the evenings and having a place to dock our boat. Had manatees that visited daily!

Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian and her first visit to the Florida Keys was 40 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved to the keys full time!
