Sun Kissed Tails has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms:
- Upstairs Master w/ king, en suite bathroom and balcony
- Upstairs Guest room with Two Full Beds, en suite bathroom and balcony
- Main Level Guest room w/ queen size bed
- A full bath is located on the first floor. Perfect for individuals who have trouble navigating stairs.
- Sleeper sofa in living room
WHAT TO EXPECT AT SUN KISSED TAILS:
-Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook! Coffee provided
-Flat screen smart TV's in every bedroom; 50 inch one in the living area.
-Bait freezer
-We supply coffee, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, basic cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, bleach, all bed linens and towels (bath and beach)
WHAT YOU CAN ENJOY:
-Local beaches: Sombrero Beach and Coco Plum Beach

Meredith is a Property Manager and owns Pineapple Properties of the Florida Keys. She is thrilled to represent the owners. Meredith is a fifth-generation native Floridian and her first visit to the Florida Keys was 40 years ago when she was 18 years old. She went sport fishing with the legendary Captain Skip Bradeen in Islamorada, explored the islands from Key Largo to Key West, and was hooked! Meredith, her husband Barry, a realtor, and their children enjoyed vacationing in the keys for many years and after raising their family in Winter Park, Florida, Barry and Meredith moved to the keys full time! She loves helping guests with personal recommendations of all her favorite spots to help make their vacation better than they ever imagined!

The property can be rented nightly (2 night minimum on the weekend), so it is a great interim stop if your traveling through the keys or if your vacation time is limited!
