These dates are reserved only because of specific holiday minimum-stay and rate requirements, not because the villa is unavailable.

Holiday Rates & Minimum Stays
• Christmas & New Year’s: 6-night minimum stay – US $25,950 total (whether you stay all 6 nights or fewer).
• Thanksgiving & Fourth of July: 5-night minimum stay at the rates shown on the calendar.

For holiday bookings, rates and minimums are automatically reflected on the calendar during those periods.

Standard reservations include 10 bedrooms.

Included with Your Stay
A dedicated full-time staff ensures your visit is seamless and relaxing: daily maid service, private bartender, chefs, and a concierge are all included.

Chef Service
US $10 per person, per meal, per service, plus the cost of groceries.

Bar Service
Choose from our pay-per-drink menu, or provide funds for alcohol and ingredients—our staff will handle the shopping and provide receipts and any remaining change for your preferred drinks.
