The villa was very good, the staff were excellent and a very pleasent surprise in how attentive everyone was. Each of the king sized rooms were very large, with great ensuites. Amazing views. I would do this again, ideal for a group of friends.

We had the best experience at Casa Paakat! The house was absolutely phenomenal and the pictures don’t even do it justice. The staff was also incredible including Daniela who helped coordinate everything and Pedro who was an excellent bartender and made every aspect of our trip seamless. The chef was also amazing and the food incredible. Highly recommend this property and can’t wait to be back!

1000/10 would recommend. This villa was the perfect place to celebrate our friend’s bachelorette. We were originally booked at another villa, but that villa double booked us last minute — it was a blessing in disguise because we landed on Casa Paakat. Daniela, Osvaldo, Sergio, and the rest of the staff were so amazing, fun, and accommodating. The views were spectacular and every single meal was to-die for. We were able to decorate the villa and tailor the daily menu to match the theme of the bachelorette. Daniela organized transportation to the villa from the airport and arranged in-house massages. The housekeeping staff did some of our laundry and freshened up our rooms every morning. We’ll be dreaming of this trip forever.

What can we say, but that our stay was 5 star all the way. Casa Paaket is absolutely beautiful. Usually a place looks better on pictures than in real. Not so for this villa! Every room / space was absolutely lovely and so well taken care of. Thank you to Daniela for helping us organize our stay and photo session. Osvaldo was a delight, serving, our drinks, paying every attention to detail. Then there were the meals… Sergio, oh my…no restaurant we went to came close to the delights you and Brissa cooked us each and every day. Housekeepers Carolina and Ruby, you kept everything spotless and did endless loads of our laundry. I don’t know how anything can compare to our stay here. Thank you for making beautiful memories for our family!

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!! This home is completely gorgeous. Also the staff is amazing. From Leo the incredible chef to.Brissa, his sous chef. And I can’t say enough about Osvaldo, our waiter. We felt pampered, spoiled, and so incredibly well cared for every second. The house is impeccably maintained. The property manager checked in and also arranged airport transfers expertly. The food….oh my gosh! Every meal was delicious. Take the chef’s recommendations! We always stay at an all inclusive and this was comparably priced and so much more private. The staff are with you for 8 hours a day and prepare and serve two meals. We chose breakfast and lunch and there was plenty left over for dinner each day. Choose Casa Paakat! You’ll be so happy you did!

The property is beautiful and the staff was very nice but we did not have running water for over 12 hours and nothing was done to remedy that situation. Additionally, make sure you only have cash when you are paying staff for groceries. The listing makes it seem like there are no hidden fees but that is far from the truth. For example, the chef went to the grocery store three times a day (rather than just once to get all the ingredients for the day) and we were told we had to pay for each of her taxi rides to the store.

Dear Aleena, Thank you for your feedback and for taking the time to share your experience. We truly regret the inconvenience caused by the temporary water supply issue, which unfortunately originated from a municipal service interruption that affected several properties in the Conchas Chinas area. We understand how frustrating that must have been and sincerely apologize for the situation. Regarding the grocery shopping process, we’ve already implemented improvements to make it simpler and more transparent for our guests. Our villa is now equipped with a card terminal for easy reimbursements, and staff shopping trips are limited to once every three days, with a small handling fee clearly stated in advance (25usd first grocery shopping trip, 10usd additional shopping trip) We deeply value your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience at Casa Paakat. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again under better circumstances and offer the seamless stay that most of our guests enjoy. Warm regards, Juan Carlos

Our family of 9 recently stayed at Casa Paakat and it was an amazing week at this beautiful villa! The communication with the host and the concierge staff was excellent right from the beginning and throughout our stay. We had a fantastic staff with chef Sandra creating delicious and picture worthy meals, Ruby and Caro constantly keeping the villa clean and our outstanding bartender, Pedro, who was so accommodating and made our stay so very enjoyable! Pedro's personality was outstanding and he was so kind and attentive to our needs! He made us a variety of tasty cocktails, including his spicy cucumber jalepeno margarita and passion fruit pina coladas! Every part of the villa was just gorgeous and each room had amazing views! Each night we watched beautiful sunsets and even a few really cool thunderstorms. There was plenty of space for those who had some remote work to do and the internet was excellent! The infinity swimming pool had amazing views from Los Arcos to downtown Puerto Vallarta and the temperature was always perfect! We took daily walks down to the beach and also walked into town. The kitchen was fully stocked for us before we arrived so that we could make some meals and snacks for ourselves if we wanted. The kitchen also had all of the necessary appliances and pots and pans. The glass round table was the perfect spot for us to eat our dinners with a view of the sunsets. Casa Paakat was a fabulous place for our family vacation! We can't wait to return!!!
