2. Gated Security Security matters, especially when you are in a new city. The Stoneridge is a gated community, meaning only owners and registered guests can enter. You can sleep soundly knowing the property is secure and private.

3. Elevated Views > Ground Floor Ground-floor units are convenient, but they often lack privacy (people walking by your window) and views (blocked by hedges/cars). Being on the 2nd floor gives you a true vantage point over the lake and total privacy on your balcony.
