We were in Crescent City for a family visit; this property worked perfectly for our needs. It is extremely clean. The kitchen area appeared well stocked; we didn’t use it.

Its a great glamping spot! Nice new clean trailer. All the comforts of home. Not far from the beach and Jed Smith park. One thing I can suggest is to upgrade the bed sheets. I missed my cotton sheets as I would wake up sticky.

This rv is plenty roomy for four people. We had two adults and two teenagers and never had a problem. Two bedrooms were nice size with comfortable beds. The on demand hot water made taking showers very enjoyable unlike in a normal rv. Claudia lives on site and is quick to answer any questions and was very helpful and friendly! The location is perfect for traveling through the Redwoods and up to the tide pools in Brookings. We would definitely stay here again if passing through!

The property owner Joni had a third person to manage her property and deliver us the keys. The question that they asked was " have you stayed in a RV before " and the answer was yes. However, the last RV didn't have a glass on the cooktoop but this one had. This seemed normal since cooktops have heat resistant glass surface. It shattered while my mother was cooking and she was inches away from being hurt. Amidst all this, we were charged 150 for damage caused due to improper communication at their end.
