1920年代に建てられた歴史的な小屋。 博士 郡内で唯一の医師であるファインは、キャビンを釣りの休暇として使用しました。 釣りの穴は、スミス川の北と中の分岐点のすぐ下の大きな屈曲部にあります。

古い成長のダグラスファーに囲まれた、プライベートアクセスの静かなビーチ、この居心地の良いキャビンにはすべてがあります！

すべての方向に、手つかずのスミス川と国有林の景色があります。 鳥は豊富です！ 私たちはオスプレイ、カワセミ、そしてハクトウワシが訪れています。 庭には、バードウォッチャーが何時間も楽しめるように、ジェイやさまざまな鳥がいます。

Cozy and inviting cabin nestled amidst the most picturesque setting alongside the river. Patti was a wonderful host and informed us of “Grove of the Titans” (which was a highlight of our trip) and even left us some homemade delicious granola on our doorsteps as a welcoming gift! Everything from the cabin, to the location was perfect. This place is one of those gems you don’t want to share because it’s that amazing. This property is a magical and charming retreat on the banks of a majestic river. Truly a splendid property to spend your time exploring the area, so much to experience in the area. This “fishing cabin” was the absolute perfect place with the host’s attention to every detail. Well worth a visit to feel the welcome!

The cabin provided us with everything we needed, including a beautiful, peaceful setting. Our goal was fly fishing and this location along the Smith River was ideal. We highly recommend this cabin and will definitely be back someday soon.

The cabin is very private with incredible outdoor spaces to sit and enjoy the Smith River. The cabin is clean, bed is comfy, and amenities are everything you could need. The outdoor space is very pet friendly but dogs should be leashed not fenced. Our Golden had a great time swimming. The private beach is amazing with pristine waters. This is our second stay.

Magical. From the lighted patio, to the sights and sounds of the river, to the cozy charm of the cabin, it was beyond wonderful. As soon as my husband and I drove up on our first night, we knew we wanted to extend our stay, and we were able to! It’s the perfect place to unplug and reconnect with yourself. The redwoods provided some amazing trails and spectacular views. We will be back!

It was in a lovely location, and I thoroughly enjoyed the riverfront views, swimming in the river, sleeping to the sound of the river. Kitchen was well equipped and things were located logically.

We LOVED our stay in this magical cabin! It was so much better than the Vrbo photos and description (which is what drew us in!) You definitely want to stay in a place where so much attention is given to every detail! It's so beautiful inside and out. The babbling water from the river while in a super snuggly bed. The huge patio with chairs, firepit, and romantic canopy lights. It couldn't have been better!

We loved staying at this beautiful little cabin by the Smith River. It looks exactly like the pictures. Sitting and listening to the river was so relaxing. We loved it and although we will probably never be back to that part of the world again, we feel really lucky to have found it and made it a part of our trip.

A beautiful getaway above rhe river

A cozy, veey well equiped cabin with a large patio area overlooking the river. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen is well equiped with nice cookware, dishes and utensils. There is a washer and dryer, games, books. A hammoc, barbeque, picnic table and lots a seating on the patio. The trail to the river is short but steep with a rocky beach along a beautiful swimming area at the bottom. A very quiet neighborhood.

All the platitudes are true

A lot of reviews say things like, “I wish I could’ve stayed longer” or “We didn’t really need to leave the house” or “It was even better than the pictures”. Well ALL of these apply and are true for what certainly is a riverside retreat. The setting on the river is incredible. The outdoor patio space alone is like being at a resort. Dream Spot

We loved our stay here. The photos really don't do the location justice. It's such a cozy, tucked away place right by the river that it was exactly what our family needed. We had so much fun spending time by the river and the outdoors. We spent the days in the Redwoods or on the coast and this was a perfect place to come home to at night. The owners were extremely considerate and made us feel at home. Highly recommend.
