A BRAND NEW SPACE, The Arches at Morningside is a beautiful, centrally located, family friendly, fully stocked home in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes from downtown Rapid City, 5 minutes from the Monument Event Center, 5 minutes from The Executive Golf Course, as well as world class mountain biking on "M" Hill. The large mature trees visible from the main living area provide ample shade and truly make you feel like you're in the treetops. Enjoy a family meal at the 9 foot dining table. The main entrance and garage open to the main level of the house with very few steps, (2 steps into the kitchen from the garage and 1 step into the house through the front door). There is a downstairs apartment with no access between the two floors of the house. Our 23 year old son lives downstairs. He has a separate entrance at the back of the property. You may see him coming and going. (Tall handsome blonde guy). He is gone most days with his electrician apprenticeship.

The home was freshly updated and had everything we needed. Located close to downtown Rapid City. We enjoyed watching the wild Turkeys, squirrels and bunnies in the yard!

The house is very nice, and was comfortable for us to visit and relax. The kitchen had all that we needed. The host responded to our questions in a timely manner. We would stay here again.

Morningside property and Nicole were perfect for our travels. Nicole is friendly, quick to answer messages, and easy to work with from beginning to end. The property provided ample room and comfort for small up to medium size groups. And the great part? TP quality. Thank you so much JK

Property was clean and nice, easy access to Black Hills and Badlands activities. The host does have adult sons that are living in the basement of the property which we were made aware of on check in. They were plenty nice but I feel that should be disclosed beforehand.

Thank you for your honest review. The details regarding our 23 year old son (working as a local electrician) staying in a separate apartment down and around the corner, with a separate entrance off the backside of the house, were/are laid out in the property description, as well as in the welcome at least a day prior to check in, with an opportunity to discuss any issue. I am deeply sorry that you did not take that opportunity to visit with us and instead chose this method of communicating.

We visited South Dakota for a bucket list trip to Mount Rushmore. This house was perfect for us! It was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the living room and kitchen were spacious. The location was extremely convent. We spent a lot of time on the back deck watching the bunnies play. There are only 2 chairs on the deck but so we brought out kitchen chairs to accommodate our group and it worked perfectly. Nicole was a very attentive and informative host! Her son living downstairs was a non-issue for us and I feel bad that someone complained about it in a previous review. I highly recommend this property and host for your vacation to Rapid City!!!

This is a very nice home in a great location when visiting the Badlands, Blackhills and Custer Park. The host responded quickly to messages, provided clear check-in instructions, and was helpful during our stay. A great place to make memories.

This is a convenient, quiet neighborhood with lovely mature trees that tower over you while enjoying time on the back deck. It is close to downtown but feels like a little oasis in the city.

This property is uniquely located just 5 minutes from The Monument Event Center, 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Rapid City, many wonderful restaurants coffee shops, bakeries & eateries. It is located easy access just off the Theodore Roosevelt Expy to Mount Rushmore with world class mountain biking, hiking, fishing, exploring, and all the rest that the Black Hills have to offer within just a short drive. Very safe and peaceful neighborhood with long term residents and law enforcement living just down the street. Family and pet friendly. There is a group of local turkeys that wander through the neighborhood almost daily. A great balance of privacy and convenience.
