The proximity to the beach can not be beat. This complex is wonderful. It’s not too big and overcrowded, which we liked. The pool is close by as well. The condo is pretty large and spacious. The balcony is also very big with a GORGEOUS view. The condo itself is lacking in updates however. You’re not inside much at the beach, so I wouldn’t see spending a ton of money on updating. But, the “chrome” was peeling off the handrail in the shower, the knobs of the shower, sinks were pretty caked with hard water and overall just looked old and unkept. The carpeting in the bedrooms is stained and not in very good condition. The sliding door to the balcony in the master suite was falling off and looked unkept as well. The kitchen stove had a mind of its own and would beep incessantly. Lastly, there aren’t any overhead lights in the bedrooms and the dining area light is dim. When the sun goes down, the unit is pretty dark. We also had several problems while staying. First, the pool pump went out on day 2, so we couldn’t swim for a day and half. I know it’s unforseen and no ones fault, but was still a bummer and no partial refund or anything was offered. Secondly, the AC did not work in the unit when we arrived. We called the management company and they sent someone immediately. He said nothing was wrong and left. 3 days later, still barely any air coming out, so we call again. He came the next day (last day of our trip) and repaired it. Admitting there was a problem all along. Again, we were offered no apologies, partial refund, nothing. I would stay in this complex again but some attention should be made to the unit.
