3 Flat screen TV's, fully stocked kitchen. 6 Hair dryers, curling irons, shampoos, conditioners and body wash. Complimentary facial wipes. Luxury Linens, towels, fully stocked in every way!
I HAVE ANOTHER UNIT IN THE SAME BUILDING VRBO # 859099 that also sleeps 6 so if you have a large group it's in the same location with free covered parking for all vehicles and convenient to all. It's the same exact layout as this condo.

3 Flat Screen TVS/ Sleeps 6 - 2 King Beds, 1 - Queen Bed/1 twin memory foam foldaway bed!

Kim is very accommodating and makes sure she has everything you might need for your stay at this condo. It is close to town and the river views are a definite plus.

Great Location

Our stay was great! We were within comfortable walking distance to Broadway! The condo was clean, organised, and was the perfect amount of space for two couples.

just like home

very spacious for 4 adults, beds where very comfortable and cozy living room. Kitchen was stoked with coffee!! Close to the main attractions we wanted to see and lots of parking.

Nice stay

Everything was as expected. Didn’t spend much time at the condo as we were out and about but it was great for our needs. Plenty of space for the 4 of us and not too far from downtown.

This condo was great! The location was close enough to Broadway, but far enough away to be quiet! Right on the Cumberland River was a plus! Roomy enough for the 4 adults who spent time in Nashville. Accommodations were perfect! I cannot think of anything that I needed that wasn't there! Nicely decorated. Kim is great to work with and very timely with any (and we had a lot)questions! I would highly recommend!!

Just book it!

Couldn't ask for a better host. Kim was helpful in answering any questions, offering suggestions, and just having any toiletries or condiments on hand so we didn't have to pack all the extras. I would definitely recommend this condo but more importantly recommend dealing with Kim. Communication is a plus if you rent out a place. We had a wonderful time and appreciate the hospitality and help shown during our stay. Would definitely go back and rent this unit again.

Home away from home

If I could give the places more than 5 stars I would. The owner is beyond nice and welcoming. She had food and some drinks already in the kitchen, things in the bathroom already for you to use, etc. Usually, VRBOs you have to bring everything in yourself and clean everything before you leave. This place had it all. Just take out the trash, wash dishes, towels in the basket, and leave blankets on the bed. AMAZING!!!!

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! The place was exactly as pictured in photos, well (beyond) stocked for our needs, and the view out onto the river with morning coffee or an evening cocktail was beautiful! We loved the décor throughout the home that brought a fun Nashville vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable, sleeping was great, as the rooms got very dark and were much quieter than we expected being close to neighbors. The bedrooms also had great space for storage and clothing. One of the bathrooms would hold multiple girls getting ready at the same time. The parking was close and a bonus that it was covered since it was pouring rain the day we left! We loved being close enough to walk to and from Broadway (about a mile), and when we wanted to take it down a notch, we really enjoyed walking only about 5-10 minutes to nearby Germantown for many eateries and bars to choose from (we especially enjoyed Jonathan’s). Kim goes above and beyond providing coffee, snacks and making sure you have everything you need before and during – we highly recommend her place!

Girls Weekend

The is new, modern, clean, and perfectly located. It was the perfect size for our group, accommodated 6 of us. The owner/manager was amazing. She responded promptly, checked in with us periodically. I would definitely stay here again. In fact, because of the owner Kim, I am contemplating doing a family event in Nashville and staying in this condo. The downtown area where most of the tourists go, is a quick uber ride, or an easy walk. I searched and searched for a house that was super close to downtown and could not find anything that would accommodate our group in this price range. Owner Kim went above and beyond to take care of us. She lives close by and was able to handle anything we needed. Even the smallest detail she was willing to come over. This was by far the BEST experience I have ever had with a rental owner.

Kim is THE most gracious host!!! Beautiful flowers and champagne for our daughter’s 40th Birthday Celebration. The location is perfect, not far from all the fun yet so peaceful…the balcony overlooking the river is amazing (my personal favorite!!!) My husband in good conscience would not give her a 5 star review, because she deserves 6 stars! (He loved all the notes for clear instructions and guidance!!!) We will be back!

The condo was just as pictured! And so well appointed. Had everything we needed and then some! The beds were comfortable and the decor was perfect! It really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect as well, It was an easy walk to Broadway. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back out to Nashville.

I have lived in Nashville most of my life and purchased this condo because of the perfect downtown location. Incredible views of the river! Walk to Broadway/Honky Tonks/Stadiums. I personally love the calming movement of the Cumberland River. I love any lake or river experience. Stunning breath taking views! Coffee on the deck is a must. Take a walk on the greenway right out the front door. It goes all around downtown! TOPGOLF just opened & it's awesome!
