Valid Taos Short-term Rental Permit # STR2018-00093. Welcome to the Historic Mill House just off the Taos Plaza. Enter this recently remodeled historic property one block from the plaza through an arched gate and a lovely courtyard with shade trees and a bubbling fountain with plenty of onsite, free parking - very hard to find in the historic district!
The space
This historic property is located only one short block from the historic Taos Plaza and is right across the street from the Harwood Museum of Art and historic Ledoux Street, yet comes with plenty of onsite parking.

Great location! Loved the house, didn’t realize there was no air conditioning but we managed. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing property in the perfect location. A short walk to Taos Plaza and all the galleries and restaurants. The host was very pleasant and responsive when I called about a beeping smoke alarm (low battery). We would love to stay here again!

This was a beautiful place to stay. Very nicely updated but still has the historic charm. The host was very accommodating with our check in and check out times. There wasn’t an iron readily available and they made the effort to get us one the next day. It’s also centrally located to downtown which was really great. Lots of amenities close by. The place was clean and well taken care of. The only downside is it was hot when we were in Taos and unfortunately there is no air conditioning and the windows in the downstairs room don’t really open. So it was pretty hot (80 degrees) inside when we arrived around early afternoon. Luckily we managed to figure out how to prop the top windows open in the downstairs room and opened the other windows in the house so it cooled down over night. Good place to stay overall!
