Best stay in Rocky Point

The condo was spacious and very well put together. The view is amazing of cholla Bay. The beds were super comfortable with decent wifi for streaming. Although there is no pool one of the best beaches is right out your front door. If you're into fishing this is your place as the best fishing is again right outside your door. The owner Scott was so easy to work with and eager to please. Highly recommend if your looking for a place with a lot of room and quieter. Very peaceful compared to sandy Beach area. JJs is within walking distance. Can't wait to go back.

Relaxing room with a view

After our initial hiccup arriving to find no key in the lockbox, our vacation was enjoyable. The condo is spacious and perfect for a family. The views from the rooftop are beautiful. We'd like to come back when it's warmer and we can swim. Recommend owner gets more large plastic drink cups and stocks paper towels.

Fun quick trip

Stayed at Scott’s rental. Was a fun trip. Only negative is no hot water for our showers and the road going out of cholla bay was all dirt and rough driving in our car.

Awesome condos

We've stayed at Scott's condos for 3 years, this was the first year in the new condo and it was fantastic! We really enjoyed our stay, felt like home.

Great Property! Great location!

We loved this property! The location is just what we wanted because we love Cholla Bay. Close to Tucson beach or Pelican point. Beautifully furnished, comfortable beds multiple bathrooms made our stay very comfortable for multiple people. Our friends rented another unit making it great to be all together but yet have our own personal space. The margarita deck is the best! I will defiantly rent again!

Owner was awesome!!

This condo is absolutely gorgeous inside. The WIFI was undependable and there were no batteries in any of the tv remotes so we couldn’t turn them on. Scott the owner was 100% accessible almost immediately any time we had a question. The only thing I really didn’t like is that you have to drive to get to a beach. This property is a little over priced for not having a beach in walking distance. Overall awesome stay though...thanks!!

My wife and I fell in love with Rocky Point over 20 years ago. We built our first rental condo in 2004 and just recently decided to build 4 more while we're still young enough to do it! Our goal is to retire in this wonderful community along with many other folks we've learned to know and love! The locals are very friendly and always welcome us with a hand shake and a smile!

We've watched what used to be a small fishing town evolve into a beautiful vacation spot with a similar look and feel of Cabo San still on a smaller scale. The slower pace of Rocky Point as compared to other popular vacation spots is as welcoming as it is relaxing making it much more family friendly than other popular hot spots. However, when you've had all of the relaxation that you can stand, a short drive or cab ride into The Malecon (aka: Fish Market) provides plenty of dining, dancing, music and shopping enough to keep even the busiest of people on their toes! The variety of restaurants, shops, and bars provide fun for every age group!! Try them all and pick your favorites because they each offer something just a little different than the next one!

Our Condos are located in a smaller beach community making them much more relaxing and family friendly. The waters on Tucson Beach in Cholla Bay are typically calmer than other areas of the Sea of Cortez making this area easier to swim, float, snorkel, jet ski, paddle name it! Cholla Bay has one of the world's largest tide fluctuations making it a great place to view many of the living reefs that surround the areas next to the soft sandy beaches. When the tide is out, take a long stroll into the sand and explore the little gifts that the sea leaves behind such as shells with little hermit crabs living inside of them. And yes, if you find shells that you want to take home, please be sure that the shell is not home to a living creature, we love those little guys!
