This modern condominium 1404 is the only renting Penthouse in the resort, provides you with unique views of the Sea of Cortes & the Morua Estuary. All 3 dedrooms have balconies where you will enjoy sunrises & sunsets. Tessoro is an upscale resort with deluxe finishes & amenities like the direct access of elevators straight to your condo. Thanks to this feature, there are no noisy corridors in the back linking the condos to the elevators. Instead you get a private balcony & the added security.

Las Conchas Vacation

Great property at the end of the beach in Las Conchas. Easy access to the beach. The pool area is great for sitting and relaxing. 1404 has two patios, a small private one off of the 3rd bedroom and a large patio wit access from both bedrooms 1 and 2, plus access from the main family room.

Quiet and peaceful Penasco

If you like the sunrise and sunsets you’ll love this condo. Tessoro is a gem if you enjoy a secluded vacation. The office manager helped us arrange a massage on the balcony and just across the bay there is a small on the beach seafood/oyster eatery. The condo is well equiped with games and the kitchen has everything you need. The property is a work in progress and not sure why majority of the units were empty. There were maybe 10 cars in the underground parking with a gated entrance. I loved it!

location was very nice and quiet, love that is a little far away from the main tourist area. nice place to relax and rest, view was amazing as well. place was very nice and clean, very well equipped home. only thing missing was a washer and dryer. we also didn't like the fact that the whole building looked somewhat abandoned and builder stopped building for some reason. pool and surrounding area was a little dirty and abandoned as well. overall we enjoyed our stay though.

Amazing views and location

The tide is so dramatic here with huge and small tide pools and surrounded by the estuary it was incredible. Pool isn’t heated but the hot tub is. Views are amazing!! Well stocked full kitchen.
