Thank you for your stay and for taking the time to share your thoughts about your recent stay at our property. We truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our services and address any concerns our guests may have. We are pleased to hear that you found the property lovely and that our phone helpline was responsive and friendly. We want to assure you that our maintenance team was actively working to resolve the mentioned issues. However, we understand and sincerely apologize for not communicating with you while they were tending to the problem. Clear and timely communication is crucial, and we regret any frustration or uncertainty this may have caused. Regarding the change in houses, we understand that this was unexpected and may have caused some concern. In situations where a property becomes unavailable, our utmost priority is to inform our guests promptly and work towards relocating them to another comparable property. We understand the importance of making this transition as seamless as possible We understand the importance of having essential items readily available. To provide clarity, we communicate the contents of our starter welcome packet in the property description, ensuring that guests are aware of the items included. We recognize that your experience fell short of our intended standards. Once again, we appreciate your candid feedback and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. We hope that despite these issues, you were able to enjoy your time in the third house and create lasting memories. We value your patronage and look forward to the opportunity to welcome you back for a future stay

We are happy to hear that you enjoyed the house and would have definitely tended to the pool should you have reported it. Our pools are serviced once per week, but we do know that even though the home has a pool cage, dirt can get into the pools. As far as the drain upstairs, we too would have tended to this issue. Windsor Hills does have a strict car policy, 3 cars are allowed and if there is a 4th car, we would need to get permission from the clubhouse. Thank you for your visit!

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy that you enjoyed the home. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that you experienced throughout the beginning of your stay with us. This is not at all up to Global standard and are so sorry that this was not resolved for you during your stay with us. I have gone ahead and submitted a refund request for the full amount that you were charged for pool heat for your stay. We always put the pool heater on two days prior to any guest's stay to give the pool heater time to heat up the full body of water before you arrive. I see that this was missed on our end and will take full responsibility for this matter. We hope that you give us another chance in the future for any stays that you may plan to the Disney area. We will be sure to make it up to you. Thank you again for your feedback and have a great day.

We look forward to your return! Thank you for your stay!

Thank you for your stay! We're sorry to hear you encountered these issues during your stay. The pool is regularly serviced once a week for maintenance, but we work hard to address anything that may come up. Thank for for giving us the opportunity to make it right.

Thank you for your stay! We work hard to give our guests the best experience possible. We will look into the paint and patio furniture.
