Old beds
We recently stayed at the Ross house , this was our first time in New Braunfels besides a quick passed trips to then water park .the house is located in the Texas tubes parking lot there is no sign to alert costumers no to park in front the house , and they do . Kara the property managed was very responsive but beside calling the Texas tubes owner there is nothing else she can do absolutely not her fault . There is a very little back yard with a grill but again the cars are parked very close and feels like is not privacy at all .
My main issue with the house was the old mattress I had 3 young adults with me 18-21 and they also complained about how difficult was sleeping on the old beds . I know is a rental property but that’s an easy fix .
In the good side the house is across the street from a tube company and half block to Texas tubes . Close enoug to walk to restaurants are night time . Has everything you’ll need if decide to cook . And Kara the property manager is very nice and responds quickly any question you might have .
