Clean, spacious for our family of 9. Loved the tennis courts outside our doorstep. Loved morning walks with lots of deer around. Kids Loved the nearby pool. Will definitely return.

Family vacation

We loved our stay here. It's so peaceful and quiet. The only thing I feel may need some attention was the water was slow to drain in the bathroom sinks and tubs other than this we loved it. We will be back here again.

Memorial Day weekend

River city resorts did an excellent job of communicating with me and for answering all of my questions! We enjoyed our stay and got to enjoy a nice holiday on the river thanks to them!

Perfect Family Getaway

We had two small families vacationing here and it was absolutely perfect. The condo was in a great location and the room had everything we needed to accommodate both families for our 5 day stay. Will consider this place again when going back to New Braunsfels.

Excellent stay but could us some improvements

The location was great and the place was clean. But you guys had a coffee maker and coffee grinds but no coffee cups. You should put some there.

Would book again!

Exactly as advertised. The condo was spacious and clean. It’s a nice quiet community. The location is convenient to all NB attractions. We were primarily at Schlitterbahn and it was about a 10 minute drive. The only downside- tiny kitchen. It was not a problem for us since we didn’t plan on cooking there but if you will have several people in the kitchen it was a pretty tight squeeze.

We have always enjoyed our stays at T Bar M and this condo was another great option for our weekend away. Location was great and we enjoyed our time in New Braunfels. The check in/out process was smooth and easy!

Me and my bridal party booked this place for my wedding weekend. It had ample space, nice layout, and close to whatever you may need or want to do.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay. Visiting family who live in New Braunfels & this is ideal location. Perfect size for my husband and I, along with son & daughter-in-law.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is wonderful. We were close to the friends we were visiting and all the excursions we did. Definitely clean and served our purposes. Washing machine didn’t work and had to go to laundromat. Not the worst thing but unexpected. Suppose we should have called but would have been too late for our needs if we did. Discovered tennis rackets and balls too late in visit to enjoy. Pool was nice but weather didn’t cooperate. Not the condos fault. Overall good stay and would stay there again.
