Excellent property

My family greatly enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was clean, spacious, and well kept. The service from the rental team was excellent and we look forward to staying at this property again.

Beautiful Sun Sets

The balcony was really big and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing. We saw dolphins and the sunsets were beautiful. The property itself was a little dated but well worth the money. It was clean and bigger than the other beach condos my husband and I stayed at. The bed was comfortable and you can hear the waves while in bed. I personally love that and we want to come back!

Best weekly rental on the beach

Great open feel and awesome views front and back from this unit. Definitely going to try to book here every time we come to Marco

Cleanliness

The patio floor surface hasn't been scrubbed in months. The area underneath several of the sinks is a black hole of partially used, old products. Some attention needs to be given to the tracks for both sets of sliding glass doors; they're very hard to open and close.

Wonderful week

Great location. Walked to restaurants and shops. Beautiful sunsets and beach. Plenty of umbrellas and chairs available but were left full of sand from previous renters. Would definitely recommend. Enjoyed our stay.

Vacation

It was hard to find the room, we came in very late, and the number of the property wasn’t what the directions told us. We did end up finding it, it might be because we were tired. Overall we had a great time.

I love this area and this complex, but the hillbillies that were here before us… broken ceiling fan, storage locker broken and full of trash. They washed all the towels and linens without detergent. White towels were disgusting. We bought our our towels from Walmart. We had to rewash all the towels, beach towels, linens all of them smelled of mildew and had to clean out the sand and dirt out of the washing machine. Mattresses just plain sucked. TV didn’t work, someone had to come out for that. Dead bugs under the beds. Yuck! Pool was closed two full days! No notifications. Cleaning fees? I should charge them. We will be back to this complex, but not through this organization and or this unit.

Amazing beachfront condo

We absolutely loved our stay in Marco Island - the view was incredible. We watched quite a few sunsets from the balcony when we weren't out on the beach. Would highly recommend!

Lovely stay

The views from the Condo are fantastic. Furnishings are dated but adequate. Location is excellent. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. A beach cart should be provided so can get stuff to the beach. Pool was fine. The big disappointment was the misrepresentation regarding the fitness room. It was not opened 24 hours. It did not open until 8:30 am which is was too late. Would cause me to look for a property with more reasonable fitness hours such as 6:00 am or earlier.

Much needed getaway!

This condo unit and complex were both clean, well maintained and perfect location. The daily sunsets were absolutely beautiful from the condo! The unit was well stocked and comfortable too. Plenty of room for another couple or several kids.

Nice stay

Location is great. Gated access is nice to have and easy to navigate. The unit is spacious but needs updating. None of the remotes worked but the management company took care of it quickly. We ended up having to buy beach towels because the ones furnished in the unit were very worn. There were several beach toys but also worn and broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay but we’ve stayed in other units at Somerset that are more updated and better stocked and in general a more higher end experience you would expect for the location.

Family vacation

We had a great time! Marco Island was beautiful. The property was clean and spacious and so convenient to the beach. My only complaint is the condo we stayed at was very dated and could use a remodel, especially compared to other condos. Bit of advice to the owner, buy a Keurig it’s 2021!!

Spacious. Clean. And affords balcony views of the sunrise as well as the sunset.

The Somerset is a well maintained gulf front property that offers a great deal of privacy. This condo is very well situated within the complex. There is a large balcony that faces the gulf, perfect for watching the sunset. This balcony can be accessed from the living area and the master bedroom. There is a smaller balcony off the second bedroom that faces east, so you can enjoy the sunrise over Marco. We found the condo to be well furnished and very clean. We have vacationed at The Somerset on a number of occasions through the years. This was the first time we stayed in this condo. We will seek this condo out when we return. Recommended. -R
