Ocean front view! This private 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium is located at the popular Somerset building on Marco Beach, a prime location on the south end toward the Cape. This 7th floor unit offers incredible direct unobstructed western views into the breathtaking blue-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico to take in Marco Island’s famous sunsets. Your private balcony is equipped with a sectional and 2 chairs . Guests are just steps away from entering the white sand beach via direct gated access from the private building entrance with optimal convenience.
Kitchen was recently renovated and finished here November 2024. Features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. Fully equipped for all your cooking needs.
All new mattresses, bedding, sheets, towels, and kitchenware have been added for your comfort.
The master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom offers a King bed. The Queen sleeper sofa in the living area has capacity for two, allowing for a total of 6 in the entire unit. Bathrooms each offer a walk-in shower. Three flat screen TV’s and a secure Wifi connection are provided. Washer/dryer located in the condo as well.
The Somerset has 2 private pools and tennis/pickleball courts. Your storage unit is fully equipped for all of the comforts needed at the beach and on the courts.
