Great property and location.

Stayed with group of 10 adults and kids. Property was clean and in great location close to Disney with shops 5 mins away. Communal pool area was also really good. Only negatives were the lack of outdoor seating - could really do a table and chairs instead of fairly rubbish wicker seats and the pillows on some of the beds were not very comfortable.

Wonderful house

The house was amazing! Super close to Target for easy supply runs- it is walkable if you don’t have a car. Close proximity to resort pools. Would return!!

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful time everything was great, the only issue we had is this property does not have a heater for the pool or hot tub as it shows online. After we arrived we decided to get the heat in pool and hotub, we paid and they were coming the next day to turn on. When I called to see where the maintenance person was I was told that this house does not have heat for the pool or the hot tub. We were disappointed we couldn't go in at night, but everything else was wonderful so we didn't care so much. Loved it!!!

AC didn’t work, spa tub was ice cold even though heat was requested in advance

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. We never had the AC fixed in the house and they were not able to accommodate the heated pool for the days that were requested. We paid a lot for that house and we were not able to do some of the things that we specifically booked the house for. We had troubles sleeping through the night because the AC didn’t work and we were at a steady 80 degrees. The gate code did not work to enter the community. They lacked in communicating to my responses. I would like a refund for the minimal effort that was provided for what we got compared to what the house was listed as having.

Great Stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Very spacious. House was not as clean as I expected considering you pay a cleaning fee. Also no one serviced the pool we had to fill the pool ourselves. It was stated that the pool would be serviced if no one was in it but no one ever came, so we needed to do it. Communication was hit or miss. There was an issue with the house next door so we contacted our contact and didn't hear anything for 48 hours, but when I had a simple question they immediately responded. Would 100% recommend. Nothing can be perfect, so overall we had a great time and would totally book again and hope to do so.

Different Villa

This villa became unavailable 4 weeks prior to departure as ( due to being put in the market) so the management company switch our villa so all ratings are for the actual villa we stayed in

Great stay at Storey Lake

We come every year for volleyball and stay at the Storey Lake properties. This house did not disappoint. Thanks again for an enjoyable house.

Great stay

Wonderful stay. Water park was very clean. My only issue was I do not believe all of the sheets get washed. When leaving we found candy wrappers stuck under the mattress and the under sheet for the master bedroom had what looked like pasta sauce spilled on it from a previous stay. Which if I had noticed sooner I would have just washed it all myself. However the house is very spacious and well maintained. All issues during our stay were addressed and wonderful customer service.

Florida/Disney vacation

The house was nice, relatively clean, great location, easy to book and get rentals (i.e. gas grill, etc. We paid extra, $35/day, for pool heat. The heater was broke, took five days to get it fixed. Their pool heat fixer contractor doesn’t work weekends. That made the pool unusable. They stated they would refund the cost heat for the entire visit (nine nights.) Hoping to see that soon. Other than that hiccup, we had a great vacation in a comfortable house.

Family vacation

House was very nice had all items such as cook ware plates glasses. Was very clean. Only complaint I had was no grill and if I wanted one had to rent. That was disappointing, but we survived. Family had a great time.

Great Customer Service!

Blue Travel provides exceptional customer service. From booking to check-out, they were always there to answer any question and concern. The house was beautiful; had all the amenities that you would expect in a house rental. The house is part of the Storey Lakes community which has great community pool with a lazy river, kids water play area and water slides - the kids had a blast. In addition, Disney is literally right down the street on Osceola Pkwy. Even though, we had a few issues with the house, Andressa and the whole team were quick to respond and resolve. Their turnaround time was better than most branded resorts that I've been to. If it wasn't for their customer service, the few issues could have ruined our vacation. I would recommend Blue Travel to anyone.
