You will arrive at an interior town home on a family-oriented street in a suburban area. As you enter the home via the digital lock on the front door, you will first come into the living room.
The stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs sit to the right, opposite the living room.
Notice all interior lights throughout the home have dimmers to provide a custom lighting experience.
The bathroom vent fans are Bluetooth operable speakers you can connect to to play your tunes or favorite podcasts.
The digital thermostat is on the wall to the left just before the kitchen. All of the TVs are Smart TVs for you to operate your favorite apps on. The master bedroom has a projector with Firestick.
Washer and dryer are downstairs in the laundry area in the basement. Extra towels and other linens and blankets are kept in the ottoman in the master bedroom. Games and other things to do can be found in the far kitchen pantry just inside of the backdoor.
Guests have access to all areas with no shared spaces. There are 2 locked closets in the home that are not accessible to guests - one is the closet in the back left corner of the dining area downstairs and the other is the linen closet in the upstairs bathroom.
We`re always available via messaging or phone if needed. Brendan is close-by and able to come to the property if ever needed.
- The whole house must only be used for private/residential purposes only. The maximum number of guests allowed is 6.
- Whether providing a ‘personal’ service or selling illegal substances, we do not tolerate any illegal activity and will prosecute if this is ignored. If we suspect this is happening at any time during your stay, we have the right to ask you to leave the premises immediately.
- No parties or functions should be held in the property, and please be mindful of your noise level to avoid disturbing the occupants of neighboring apartments. Quit hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM
- Smoking is not permitted inside our properties. You can smoke far in the backyard, but please ensure you dispose of the cigarette butt thoughtfully. If smoking occurs in the house, you understand that you are subject to a cleaning charge of up to $500.
- You must leave our properties in a clean and tidy condition.
- Please ensure that dishes, pots, pans, cutlery, toasters, kettles, etc. are clean and dry before storing them.
- Do not rearrange the furnishings. If you see the need to rearrange the place, do seek approval and assistance.
- Visitors are allowed, however, you can only invite up to 4 people, and they are not permitted to stay beyond 10 pm or sleepover. If a visitor sleeps over for any reason, you will be charged an extra $40 per visitor/night as they will now be considered guests.
- If an accident occurs, please report the issue to us promptly.
- Locking the doors and windows anytime you leave the house is essential. Please do not lock the door knob lock from the inside when leaving though.
- To prevent possible blockages, please do not dispose of food waste, dangerous liquids, fats, or feminine hygiene items in the WC, sinks, or shower tray.
