Very clean and nicely updated inside which is the most important. The outside does need some attention. It was a quiet neighborhood in a good location.

I can not recommend this property.The host made it difficult to check in.When we arrived the ac was not working.I called to report it and ended up in an argument.They did offer a refund, but it was too late to change plans. It was not worth the stress. I will stand by my positive Vrbo rating’s verses this hosts customer service ethics’s.

THIS CUSTOMER IS VER UNETHICAL, HIM & HIS WIFE INSIST TO GET REFUND OR THEY LEAVE US BAD REVIEW. SHE WAS TRYING TO BARGAIN WITH US. WE OFFER THEM FULL REFUND AND CANCELATION BUT THEY REFUSED CANCELATION & THEY WANT TO STAY AT THE PROPERTY FREE OF CHARGE WITH FULL REFUND OTHERWISE THEY LEAVE US NEGATIVE REVIEW. WE REFUSED.

To be honest, the price was about a quarter of what we would have spent at a hotel for spring break. The upside? Good location for proximity to the port. The downside? The house next door was abandoned and had trash and was very run down, the neighborhood didn’t feel safe to us. There were exactly 2 paper towels left for us, but toilet paper was plentiful. There was no hand soap or shower soap available sadly so we couldn’t take a shower or wash our hands:( The checkin and out process was unnecessarily difficult….perhaps I would expect that from an upscale property but this specific property is VERY run down, the beds, linens, towels and furniture look like a Goodwill special…all mismatched, chipped and substandard. I wouldn’t stay here again, but I guess you get what you pay for!

UNFORTUNATELY THIS GUEST WAS OUT OF CONTROL and suoer dirty and uncleaShe stayed only for a day but dirty and disrupted this property like shechas been staying there for a two weeks. She even URINATED in the bed. There were more toiletries in the lower cabinet and was missing when she left i guess they took them. There were sihn of urinating in bethroom floor and bed. This property is fully refurbished just couple of months ago and all furnitures are from ZLINE GALLERY but unfortunate that she has no clue what itbis. They cracked the window as well. These people were uncivilized. Never allow them to come back. This properly price is around $400 per night and they used coupon for fraction of price but too bad they didn"t deserve it. Please think twice before you rent to them. WARNING
