Ideally situated, the resort is just minutes from Bal Harbour Shops, Bayside, South Beach, the Design District, Downtown Miami, and the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Our Junior Suites feature two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a comfortable living room, and a well-appointed kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, and dining table—perfect for enjoying meals in the comfort of your suite. Each suite also includes a spacious balcony and accommodates up to six guests, making it an excellent choice for families and friends.

Please note that all room furnishings, bedding and views will vary based on availability on the day of check-in, this is like a hotel's check-in process. The suite size booked is always guaranteed.

Great location to the beach. Pool area was nice. The unit was ocean side but there was not an ocean view. I would have liked to see more items within the unit provided. Very sparse on kitchen items.

Additionally, if you experienced any insect-related concerns during your stay, we encourage guests to inform the front desk right away. The front desk team would have been happy to assist by arranging housekeeping services or, if available, offering an alternative room to ensure your comfort.

This place was quite dirty and rundown. The carpet was stained and filthy. There were exposed electrical outlets. The furniture was stained and gross. The counter tops in the kitchen were crusty. The lamp shades were quite discolored and gross looking. The pool had multiple rust stains on the walls. The beds were old and discolored and not clean. The closet doors were broken. Wasn’t a great experience for my young family. They did move us to another room, which was in a similar condition, except the carpet had been replaced with tile. Everything else was the same. The staff at the hotel were friendly. Restaurant food was just ok. There was a trolley/bus stop right outside the hotel. Which was nice as there is not much else but it for places to eat or groceries. They have a small convenience store onsite. Very small but could get some very basics.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that we were not informed of your late arrival until approximately 9:30 PM on Friday, nearly six hours after the scheduled check-in time and after the front desk had closed for the evening. Once you contacted the front desk the following morning, they promptly relocated and upgraded you to a different room. Later that day, both the front desk and housekeeping checked in with you, and you confirmed that you were satisfied with the accommodations. When Vrbo contacted us regarding your concerns on Saturday evening, we verified with the front desk that the room change had already been completed and that the matter had been resolved. We also followed up with you directly through Vrbo. While we appreciate all guest feedback, we were not made aware of any additional concerns during the remainder of your stay despite having provided direct contact information and assistance throughout your visit. We take cleanliness very seriously, and all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and inspected between guests. We've had many satisfied repeat guests that have enjoyed their stay at our facility through the years and wish your experience would have been the same.
