This historic 4BR home (1,190 sq ft) blends old Charleston charm with modern updates. The master bedroom features a king bed styled with soothing touches. Two cozy queen rooms offer a peaceful retreat.
Upstairs you’ll find a full bathroom with tub/shower, sink, and all essentials, plus a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The main level includes a welcoming living room, a dining nook, and a study with a pull-out futon for extra sleeping space and optional air mattress. A second full bathroom with shower is also downstairs, along with a fully equipped kitchen featuring new appliances (dishwasher, fridge, stove, microwave).
Step outside to enjoy a private patio with dining space and smoker grill, plus a separate firepit area for evenings under the stars.
Stay in West Ashley — an authentic Charleston neighborhood that’s up-and-coming yet still rich in culture. With a mix of contemporary craftsmen and historic row homes, you’ll feel like a true local while enjoying easy access to everything the city has to offer.
